The three items purchased- good experience
The three items I purchased were delivered quickly. I returned one ( slightly big for me ) and the process was painless. All items appear to be as described.

Relaxed but efficient
I popped in to try a dress, it was pretty busy, however the staff were helpful and attentive. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Had to pay shipping for returns but very fast delivery
Bought a pair of trousers which came 2 days later but with a broken zipper. Returned them and ordered a new pair in store, unfortunately did have to pay shipping again for the new pair and would’ve had to pay also to return them if I did it online. New pair of trousers came the next day and were a perfect fit and had no problem!

When I picked my purchase everything was very simple the email told me a time slot when I could pick it up and true to there words it arrived within the slot I went to the store to pick it up and again all done with ease.
