Still waiting for my Xmas jumper- had an email to say it was ready for collection at my nominated store. When I arrived they said it wasn’t there. Shortly after I received a text msg to say it was ready to be collected so I walked back to the store only to be told that it wasn’t there!! The assistant told me it might come in a week or so and didn’t really seem bothered that I had ordered it to Xmas get together.
Spoke to customer services and they were very apologetic and arranged a reorder which should arrive tomorrow

Outstanding
Fat face in Hereford is the most friendly FatFace outlet I have ever visited. They were extremely courteous, and could not do enough to help. The manager and her staff could not have done more - it was a pleasure to shop there and I will most certainly be buying more. Outstanding staff and just as important outstanding clothes. Thank you very much. Caroline.

Bright trainers for the spring
I spotted these trainers in the shop window, but had no time to shop at that time. I ordered on line and opted to have them delivered to store. Perfect for me and no hassles. The trainers are fabulously comfortable and the colour combo at the heel, striking.
