Items got sent to wrong store-never arrived
Items got sent to wrong store, then never arrived at store I ordered them to, shop had to call customer services as I never got email to confirm them arriving -they said one item was no longer available to re-order (strangely that one was available still on website- and other item that they said was in stock isn't now) had to drive to shop 3 times in all , no idea where my order went , all very strange and I could not get refund in shop to buy whilst there so will have to re visit again to re-use my refunded gift card (gift card refund arrived next day by email so too late to shop) so a bit of a faff and very disappointing

Not pleasant
Lady serving me on the till was very pleasant on the other hand older lady standing next to her with her facial expression she made me feel like I don't belong there just because I don't wear branded things, she made feel small and not welcomed so that was probably the last time I have visited the shop.

The fit was not as shown on the label
The fit was not as shown on the label. This has happened before. There appears to be no consistency in size. The trousers had to be returned for a refund.

Perfect Christmas Jumper
I love this jumper. It feels so soft and is lovely and warm. The fit is perfect. I am a 10/12 in FatFace. I chose the size 12 as I wanted it to be loose fitting and it is just right.

My daughter lives in Fat face clothes, the clothes arent cheap but wears extremely well. The quality of materials used are phenomenal. Infact she grows out of the items (i buy big to get 2 seasons wear) and there still immaculate to hand down to others afterwards. Keep up the good work with the eco friendly, natural/nature designs.

Love the material and the designs. I’d only suggest more V-neck T-Shirts which compliment guys who actually have fat faces 😂
