Very easy ordering and easy return in store, but the jeans were described as mid rise and were SO high waisted I didn’t even bother to try them on. Collected and returned within 5 mins

I love FatFace clothes, especially shopping in the Godalming store, which is such an asset to the High Street. Excellent service from manager, Jess and and assistant manager, Kelly who are always so helpful.

FatFace store in Godalming is one of the best to shop.....such variety of colours and styles for ALL ages, good changing rooms and super friendly assistants who are very helpful.
The quality of the clothing, linen, organic cotton and all natural fibres is amazing.
It's a treasure chest for me as I shop all year round in FatFace and look forward to the new collections every time. 10/10 Well done FatFace 👏

In store and online FatFace always…
In store and online FatFace always delivers excellent customer service. Not every style or design is to my personal taste, but those pieces that I have fallen in love with wear and wash well and most importantly, feel comfortable against my skin. Online deliveries are fast and any returns dealt with efficiently too. My preference is for organic cotton items and have found some beautiful pieces in their range.

I ordered some V canvas shoes
I ordered some V canvas shoes and did not receive them. Got onto customer services in fat face and they looked into it for me. After three days they messaged me to say that the delivery company had no recognition of the order. They ordered me another pair and I did receive it very quickly. I am so happy with the canvas shoes as they are a birthday present for my daughter. I cannot fault at all the shares all the service I had from customer services and I thank them very much.
