Very good experience
Very good experience, both in the store when I asked about if it was possible to get the coat in my size. Go online was the advice and I did. It was so easy and also so much faster than I had expected.

Ordered a coat in-store in Dundrum to be delivered. Never arrived. No notification until I rang store a month later only to hear that it was cancelled. No apologies forth coming. Just 'the system' blamed ...whatever that means. Still no refund.

A hidden gem this store
A hidden gem this store! Often get holiday bits in here and just discovered they do a fab winter range too! Manager was really helpful too, i wasn’t aware of the range of men’s sizes too! That’s him sorted for Xmas 😂

Generous sizing
It was my first time visiting Fat Face in Dundrum Shopping Centre and I was surprised by how much variety there was . The shop was spotless the staff were helpful and engaged and the clothes were fabulous especially the dresses . I’m not a tall size 10 and I’m usually apprehensive about trying out new stockists but I am delighted that I fit into the clothing without feeling that I’m enormous or having to get the largest size in the shop . Fat Face is definitely worth a trip to the south side

Returning an item
I had to return a coat ordered online which was super easy to do in the Dundrum shop.
Unfortunately the coat wasn’t stocked in Dundrum so I ordered it online, and it arrived very promptly (within the week). Unfortunately it was not quite the right fit for me, and when I went to the shop to return the coat all the staff were extremely helpful and very pleasant.

Quality clothing and customer service.
Ordered some items online and they were delivered 3 days later. One item didn't suit so I returned it at the Dundrum store where all the staff were pleasant, helpful and friendly. FatFace customer service is excellent in my experience.

The size is perfect, the legs are not long, which is always my big problem. the pants are super comfortable and warm for these winter days.
