FatFace - DARTMOUTH Anmeldelser 

I was on the hunt for a new water proof coat and had been into every outdoor store and clothes shop in Dartmouth, finding nothing that was suitable or that I liked.
Fatface was the final store that I could visit and to be honest I didn't hold out much hope of finding anything.
However I did! Unfortunately though the coat I really liked wasn't waterproof and therefore not suitable. The sales assistant was really helpful and it was her that suggested I visit the website as there was a fully waterproof coat that wad over half price in the sale. She apologised that she couldn't show it to me or order it in but as her colleague has the coat already she asked her to come and give me a description. She also explained that I could order it and return it for free if I didn't like it and then she'd order me the one in store instead that I'd seen.
I did order from the website and the coat is gorgeous...exactly what I was after.

Very easy ordering process and very polite assistant when I went to collect my order

Went into your store first, but didn’t have my size , looked on line and although they couldn’t order it in as it was in the sale , could tell me how many they had in my size , very helpful

Bought a couple of items from this store and on paying for them felt I was given the 3rd degree by an American lady who seemed to think she knows best. I was asked if I wanted an electronic receipt and said politely "No Thank you". She demanded an email address as the "System requires it". Now given I was paying for the goods in the store and not ordering anything I questioned why an email address was required. Again the system needed it - allegedly. I have since found out that this is not the case and a blatent breach of GDPR. Would not visit this shop again even if they were giving things away. Staff there need to be trained into the UK and Fatface way of things and understand what GDPR actually means. Fortunately my post for Exeter redeemed the situation and in that store you could not ask for more helpful and pleasant staff.

Absolutely lovely sales assistant in the Dartmouth Fatface today! He helped me find the right colours and sizes and did so with a very kind manner. Even chatted about the best places to eat and visit in Dartmouth. A very commendable service, I believe his name was levi as it says so on the top of my receipt!

I was very impressed by the excellent customer service in the Dartmouth store and quality of the products.

I visited a FatFace store in Dartmouth. I tried a few things on. The assistant was really helpful. Decided on an item and the shop assistant was very friendly and pleasant. I used a voucher that had been a present. This was no trouble. The shop was roomy and attractive.

I ordered some boots on line, which weren’t suitable, and was able to exchange them for a different style in my local shop. The staff are always very helpful, and I’m very pleased with my new boots.

Excellent service and delighted with my purchases. Fast delivery and I like that I could take my purchase to any Fat Face shop if I was not happy with my purchase.
Would buy on line again as it was very straight forward and easy to use.
