Excellent choice

I've been purchasing clothing from Fat Face for years, but over the last 18 months, I've noticed a dramatic drop in quality. I don't know whether it's because they changed their production methods or materials, to save money, but one thing they haven't changed is the steep price. I purchased a pack of Multi Sealife socks less than 6 months ago and the heel is already wearing through on two pairs. I've got t-shirts which I purchased a year ago and are already getting holes in and around the seams of the collar and arms. Most items I wear maybe once every week or every two weeks and at most, I'm sitting at my desk working for the day (it's not like I'm using them for running or the gym). I've got socks from other companies that I've had for well over two years and I haven't gone through the heels on. It's all very disappointing. I purchase from Fat Face because I liked their culture and corporate values (although I'm still not happy they moved production away from the UK). However, now the quality has dropped, I'll be switching to other brands, like White Stuff and Rapanui.

Always friendly in store, willing to help etc (the ladies in particular as I haven't really interacted much with the guy who works there). Use the shop often so know it is a consistent standard and can't fault the customer service I have received. Not their fault but wish there was more short leg styles available in the longer skirts, dresses and trousers, these can also be hard to come by online in smaller sizes.

Delivery to the shop was on time. Easy to collect.

Ordered on line as no size 6 available in store.
Arrived in store very promptly, love trousers for warm weather.
Would really appreciate more small sizes available in store please.

Easy to order online and collect in store. The top was lovely but sadly the skirt was too long for me. However, no fuss refund. Both items purchased were great quality and style.

I ordered to be delivered to store because I had visited a branch which did not have the right colour for me. The collection was very easy and I had the package opened just to make sure it was right before leaving. I was offered the chance to try it on but having worn your Breton tees for years did not need to they are well made and last for years.

Just such lovely helpful staff in the shop. Nothing was too much trouble. A good experience on a wet chilly day.

I ordered this skirt online and collected from my local shop. It was readily available in my size and the staff in the shop were very helpful as always.
I love the skirt it fits true to size (10) and a great length. Will definitely buy this again in a different colour.

I ordered two cardigans by mistake and was able to deal with the error swiftly when picking up in Chichester. There was no difficulty in being refunded and the cardigan went straight away to another customer! Excellent service!

Lovely dress that arrived into the store quickly. Communication via email was good. The only slight downside was that, while the staff are usually super friendly and helpful, one of the guys there was quite standoffish both times we were in.

I used the click and collect service with this order. It arrived as expected and I tried my purchases on in the store before leaving. Staff polite and helpful.
