I am a regular FatFace customer, generally using the Hebden Bridge store as i live nearby, however i found myself in Birmingham for a few weeks with work and needed some casual clothes for the evening so went down to the Grand Central store early one Saturday morning, was greeted by Suki (possibly the store manager). Almost felt like Suki was my personal shopper for the 30-40 mins i was in the store, assisting in picking out items, providing (requested) feedback on look / sizes of garments as i was trying things on, fetching different sizes for me when things were too large or small etc, in general just wonderful customer service from a warm, friendly and engaging person. What made the service over and above all expectations was in relation to a shirt which was unavailable in the store in my size. Suki called some other stores and came back to me to confirm it was available in another store close to her home and offered to collect in personally on my behalf and to bring it back to the Birmingham store for me to pick up. Day or so later i got a call from Suki confirming the shirt was now in the store and available to collect! Fat face staff in my experience are always extremely helpful and polite but Suki went a few steps further. Well done Fatface and thanks so much to Suki!

I have purchased both online and through the Birmingham store. Firstly online was easy and arrived on time. I did return one item though as too big and the staff at Birmingham are always so lovely and showed me other things I might like especially as I said I was going on Holiday. Great shopping experience in Birmingham

Wonderful customer service , friendly staff in Birmingham store . Ordered something online and was advised to try it on before leaving store, I did and first wasn’t right managed to change item for better fitting item.
Sensible assistant all so very friendly and pleasant. Well worth a visit to Grand Central Birmingham store

Click & collect - items arrived quickly. staff at Birmingham Central store very helpful - I needed to return 1 of the items and it was easy & quick. The jumper I bought is lovely.

The staff at the Birmingham branch were great! Nothing too much trouble, very helpful, even though they were busy, they stopped and helped us with choices etc and brought more sizes etc.

The staff (crew) gave very helpful service. Even spending time to make sure that the questions I asked about the garment I was purchasing were fully answered, which gave me peace of mind. I was very happy with the price too.

Sale items are sometimes not discounted on the same way which is a little confusing.

I had a very pleasant experience shopping with fat face. I bought two, seemingly fairly boring everyday hoodies. However, I really love them both, as they are so well made, soft fabric, more pockets & way better quality to anything I've had before in the Hoodie department. Even the fit is great... ie usually hoodies that fit well on the body have arms that are too tight to roll up, but not these! I'm also loving having zips on pockets & little touches to the design. The service in the shop was really good, however, I did have to order in xs size especially, which apparently they don't keep in stock... I never paid that much for a couple of hoodies, but I'm really glad I did. Less is definitely more !

Nice layout in the shop. Not enough Long sizes in trousers I felt, but the staff enabled me to order direct from the warehouse and pay in store. Trousers arrived a few days later. I purchased completely the wrong size trousers in store, must have had a brain seizure, so I will need to return those trousers for an exchange. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice shopping experience.

Ordered 2 sizes as unsure how generous the size would be. It was a perfect size 12

I had to return an item purchased for a gift but needed to exchange for another item in a larger size. The male member of staff was extremely friendly & helpful & explained this could only be purchased online which he kindly organised for me.
