Went in to this shop today and would like to say a huge thank you to SARA who was absolutely amazing. Fabulous customer service, so helpful. After a major operation and no confidence, she was a breath of fresh air helping me to chose some Jeans. Thank you so much Sara, i will be back for some boots :).

Love the Staff at My Local Store Gateway Banburyy
Local Store Gateway Banbury, staff are friendly but professional, do not hassle you while browsing which can make one uncomfortable, so a huge plus. The staff give honest opinions, will give fantastic guidance as to others options if needed, if they have not got it in store will order it for you, the whoe shopping experience is good

Waterproof coat
When I collected my coat the staff were very helpful. I use a mobility scooter and an assistance dog. They helped me try the coat on and packed it in the bag. The coat feels lovely and fits perfectly.

Sara + the Banbury store are fabulous
Sara at the Banbury store is such a gem. I came in with my baby napping in the pushchair, and she found me a big changing room where he could nap while she found me sizes and even suggested some pieces I hadn't seen. It was like having a personal shopper - she really went out of her way to be kind to me. Thanks Sara and the Fat Face team!

I had the best customer service that I…
I had the best customer service that I have had in a long while. The lad who served me was polite, friendly and was actually able to fold my clothes as I would myself (very rare these days) which made my experience extra special. Big thanks and appreciation to the lad that served me and apologies that I didn't remember to note his name. This was at FatFace Banbury Gateway.
