Colin and Della, the dynamic duo.
My mum and I went into the Abergavenny store today and had a wonderful time being looked after by Colin and Della. We had a specific reason for being in store and the dynamic duo sorted us out beautifully. Fatface is my go to store in any case however as we needed something in particular we found that they went above and beyond, so helpful and friendly and gave such good advice, it almost felt like a personal shopping experience, how lucky we are to have this store and it’s wonderful staff. Thank you so much

I ordered a top online and was given a delivery date
I ordered a top online and was given a delivery date to the shop in Abergavenny. Went to collect and told it hadn’t arrived.
Then got an email saying it had been delivered to the wrong shop, but it was on its way. Went into the store once again and it still hadn’t arrived.

Quite possibly the best customer service I’ve ever received. I was looking for a particular skirt for my partner, as she wanted it for our holiday. This was out of stock literally everywhere…even online but the Abergavenny branch were showing one. Kieran from my local store rang but unfortunately they said it must be a stock error…. However the manager from Abergavenny, Colin rang back three minutes later to say that he’d found one. The fact he’d kept looking was brilliant! He agreed to keep it until Monday for me, but I made the trip straightaway. The welcome I received in store was fantastic and was so happy with the service. Thank you Colin and team!
