First of all, we would like to thank Ms. Dipti, she helped us from start to finish, even though we had no previous experience, she supported us at every point we had problems. In addition, the company's ready-made templates meet our needs. We hope to work with Fatbit for a long time in our future business plans.

Great company that provides great service. I love their product - an educational platform

It all started in June 2022 when I first contacted Fatbit. Tadbeer Kaur was my initial point of contact. She was very courteous and always available to take my queries even on weekends.

My project was assigned to Abhishek Rana and I couldn't have got a better project manager than Abhishek Rana. From the time my project was assigned to him till today (25/04/2023) he never let me down. He is always available to address my concerns and fixed any issues I reported him in the shortest time possible.

All in all I would recommend Fatbit to anyone and if Tadbeer and Abhishek are your point of contacts than you just do not need take any stress they will manage everything for you in the best possible way

Very bad software. We buy the software and they provided the code but the framework is not included.
They don't discuss it in the contract. Don't ever buy this software if you have a web development team.

I would highly recommend Fabit Technologies for their great work and a very supportive team, they were incredible in the development of out tour marketplace platform

Amazing product. Saves tons of time on development. Tech support team is also really easy to work with.

Unfortunately we have had the exact same issues as the other companies that have left a review. It has just been a train crash from the beginning. They will agree to everything that you request nut they will not deliver, it is a scam and if they were based in the UK they wold be out of business. Unfortunately they are based in India.

DO NOT pay them through payoneer as this is part of their scam. Payoneer to not accept refunds and they know this.

If you are thinking about using this company, feel free to contact me and I will happily show you what they have produced and all the evidence that they are just an outfit with no real technical capabilities.

We have been using YoYumm - Multivendor Restaurant/Food delivery software. The product itself is excellent! So many features that works very well for our business. The sales team is extremely helpful and responsive, especially Tadbeer. We have requested several customisation with the software and support team were so efficient. We are planning to purchase IOS and Android APP also as it's the best in market. Thank you!

Fatbit have been very professional and reliable. Aman and Parul have supported us in setting up our platform and helped to resolve issues quickly. They feel like an extension of our team. The product was installed quickly and on time. Support is ongoing and is so far good.

I started a contract for website development with Fatbit about 7 months ago. I was nervous at the start as we are in different countries and their were some initial concerns. However, once I started working with Aditya I knew that things would work out. Aditya is someone that is educated, articulate and, most importantly, knows the importance of customer service. I trust his knowledge and help on an almost daily basis. For many companies in North America like me, this is where something known as high trust agreements help both parties achieve objectives.

In a High-Trust Agreement everyone understands:
-The results to achieve
-What roles everyone will play
-What expectations and standards must be met
-The importance of customer service

My project isn't done just yet, but when it is I will be back with what I hope will be an even better review of Fatbit Technologies.

Dealing with FATbit Technologies for the installation of the YoKart! which is their multi-vendor marketplace solution seemed at the time to be a good idea based on what could be found online. Anybody with fresh eyes looking at their proposition could be easily drawn in to thinking that the solution was robust and fit for purpose.

Advice to anyone in retrospect, DIG a little and you will find that reference websites no longer use their multi-vendor script, they use WooCommerce or Shopify, or have gone offline, or exist in a broken state. Big claims in National newspapers are paid for articles by their CEO, and it is really difficult to find many working examples out in the real World.

Our experience:
- 4 months of wasted time and effort and money
- out of pocket expenses on hosting whereby our original and good hosting was blamed for issues on the first shambolic cycle of installation... £500 later on hosting prescripted by FATbit, the same exact issues appear, i.e. the same bugs
- 3 weeks of arguing with the assigned business analyst that there are bugs preventing us testing end to end processes, and them not accepting that bugs existed... finally, taken to their basis team who confirm scripting bugs and make fixes, but provide no documentation or explanations
- the fix causes other issues and we get a change of business analyst to drive things along quicker. Still extremely slow and even more unexplained bugs
- no explanation about fixes still

>> Demanded money back at the 4 month point as the product is not fit for purpose, and they have secret hidden terms within a FAQ that aren't the ones that are obvious on their website, i.e. the ones that you would read when making the purchase in the first place and attempted not to issue a refund after delivering nothing.
>> FATbit only offering money back when a bad review was left about the experiences, expecting that to be a barter deal for removal of the review a full refund was issued. Removal of a review in exchange for a refund is unethical. Avoid.

FATBIT has excellent service and has really helped us establish our business. Always willing to help and always available!

I have been working with Fatbit for 9 months and they are excellent, good services, good communication, the platform is very easy to use and interactive and my Project Manager Ramandeep is great, helpful, smart, always willing to help you!! Good work guys!!!

Initially, I was looking for many marketplace providers and found quite a few too. After weighing pros and con, I found FATbit is suitable for me. Because someone have idea about the marketplace but no knowledge of technology then it is the best place to start. You will have ready made template for your requirements, play around as many time as you like and generate the idea what needs to changed and customise according to your needs through FATbit and you are free to launch. So far I very satisfied and continue with FATbit.
Financially, it is fairly priced and we can independently run ourselves.

The Online Grocery from Grower fulfills all my requirements. The user experience is great. The admin panel is clear and easy to use and understand.
The team who was working with me (Mr.Sharma Aditya) was so understanding, patient and fully knowledge of new technologies.
