scam with bunch of rules and no payout, prob payout to insider

I had to put one star because there’s no option for zero star. I did receive a pay out and I quit trading that account and from all the stuff I’ve seen and been here and lately it’s a good thing. This place is not paying traders, so do not use them.

I made money, was banned because I asked legit questions and their staffed basically laughed, and responded with childish memes. Beware, they are likely insolvent, please don't spend any of your money on them. There are plenty of good, solvent prop firms that pay on time.

I absolutely cannot and would not recommend this company to anyone, based on my recent experiences. While their customer service representatives were generally courteous, I encountered significant issues with their payment processes and product advertising that potential customers should be aware of before considering their services.
The main concern arose when the company retroactively changed their payout policies for previously approved transactions. After completing all requirements and receiving approval for my payouts, they implemented new rules that prevented me from accessing the agreed-upon compensation. This lack of consistency and transparency was particularly frustrating as I had fulfilled all original terms.
Additionally, I purchased their [product] based on specific advertised features and capabilities. However, upon receiving it, I discovered that several key features mentioned in their marketing materials were either limited or completely unavailable. When I raised this discrepancy with their team, they were unable to adequately address these differences between the advertised and actual product.
On a positive note, their response times to inquiries were prompt, and their platform interface is user-friendly. However, for improvement, I would strongly suggest:

*Maintaining consistent payment policies, especially for already approved transactions

*Ensuring product descriptions accurately reflect actual capabilities

*Providing clearer communication about policy changes

Based on these experiences, I strongly advise looking elsewhere for similar services. The combination of payment issues and misleading product advertising makes it impossible for me to recommend this company to colleagues, friends, or family. I hope this feedback helps others make informed decisions and avoid similar frustrations.

I would not recommend FTT. Please stay away from them. It is okay to adjust rules as they go but how they handled customer with approved payouts was just not right. It looks like that they cancelled approved payout on purpose because they did not want to pay the traders and are hoping that they blow their accounts because they have to trade another 10 days. Now to offer refunds for those whose payout got cancelled it’s just a blunt move to carrying out damage control. They just don’t want to payout traders who worked hard for their money. Customer service on discord is a joke. The discord itself is a very toxic environment. STAY AWAY from FTT.

There are so many things that is absolutely terrible about slow track trading--where do I start?!?! First, the company has been the worse prop firm around when it comes to paying people in a TIMELY and unproblematic manner. Like many traders, I've waited for a month to get paid and then was told to resubmit my request via their dashboard after two weeks that my original request was submitted. Three weeks later and BAM! The CEO changed the rules and retroactively denied previous payout requests based on NEW rules. Unbelievable! This is insane. The excuse was that they had to get rid of "abusers" and "flippers" and "millions" of dollars were paid to these people. Well, sir, how is it so impossible to see that thousands of us traders were NOT flipping or abusing? Instead of honoring old payout requests that people waited to be paid on for WEEKS and over a month, they refused to pay them and then said "oh, you'll get your accounts back with the deducted balance, but you'll now have to trade for another 10 days meeting the new rules." This is WORSE THAN APEX. Second, the CEO and staff in the discord are absolutely unprofessional, inconsiderate, disrespectful, and dismissive. The discord is a cesspool of degenerates, and because they have no professional standards for engaging their customers, people fly off the rails and the CEO makes threats, dox people, ask for "good reviews" on here just because they FINALLY got a payout, and tells people they'll get banned if they express disagreement or complain. He has all the markings of a tyrant who cannot take critical feedback and lacks business acumen like other CEOs from other prop firms. Third, while their new rules are not terrible, they have do punish the hell out of traders with 25k and 50k accounts by requiring higher thresholds of profits to be able to take out a payout. There is a dramatic disproportion for these accounts compared to the 150k and 300k accounts, both in terms of the first payout goal for maximum payments and for future payouts! Now why does this matter? It matters because people with 25k and 50k who got denied payouts after being approved have to now go back to trading for 10 days while also making more money to submit the payout request later! The gimmick is clear because they essentially COULD NOT PAY THESE PEOPLE and are HOPING they blow those accounts before they can reach the next payout window! And wallah, they no longer have to worry about all that money they originally owed to traders. What a freaking joke. LAST, none of these new changes mean that traders will be paid fast or in a timely manner! People are still waiting to be paid after several weeks, and as new payout requests pile up, more delays will occur. I'm still waiting for a payout myself, and will request another one! But after that, I'm done with these clowns! I just want my damn money that I spent time making and I'm off to a better firm. There are plenty out there, so save yourselves the headache!!

After their delays in payouts and their sudden rule changes, they are refunding those that had payouts denied or cancelled. I asked a question in their discord and the COO thinks it’s a joke and patronizes me in regard to getting refunds for everyone. I have lost all faith in this company and would suggest staying away. The CEO does the same in the discord if people express anything negative towards the company. Stay away from them and this is coming from a customer that needs new people joining so I can get a payout.

C’est une propfirm malhonnête, ils vous font trader pendant 10 jours, en précisant que vous avez le droit a 5 jours de flipping, Ils approuvent votre demande de paiement, puis changent les règles et ensuite vous refusent le paiement. Cette société n’a pas les fonds pour payer tout le monde alors ils refusent les paiements à tour de bras.

FTT fini pour moi sauf si ils changent d'avis ! Ils refusent de me payer sur mon compte validé depuis le 27/09/2024 car ils ont changé les règles cette semaine et qu'elles sont rétroactives ! En plus elles ne me concernent pas car non enfreintes. Incroyable !!!

Though there was a bit of hurdle, Scott and his team came through and provided great trading experience. The rules have changed, but I do believe both the company and traders will benefit in the long run.

Fast Track Trading presents itself as a legit prop firm, but my experience has been a disaster. They lure you in with promises of big funding opportunities, but their rules are almost designed to make you fail. The trading conditions are extremely restrictive, and they constantly change the rules without warning. I was close to meeting their targets when they suddenly imposed new limits that made it impossible to pass the evaluation.

Customer service is equally frustrating—slow responses, vague answers, and no accountability. It feels like they make money from people failing the challenges rather than supporting successful traders. I’ve been with other prop firms, and this is by far the worst. If you’re looking for a fair trading environment, avoid Fast Track Trading!

"My dear customers, we decided to change our rules retroactively and all our traders who are waiting for their payout must start trading again for 10 days and will no longer be able to withdraw what they wanted according to their initial payout request (from 1 month ago !!!".

After reading that I think you are smart enough to run out these clowns with fraudulent practices.

I made 1800$ and request 1500$ payout request on 19-sep,24, i followed every rule. it was approved 3 weeks later. They haven’t paid me, they changed the rules and denied my payout. This company don’t know what they are doing. Trust me and stay away

Scam. Stay far, far away. They retroactively change their rules in order to deny millions of payouts.

This is totally a waste of time. Month of proper trading ruined by retroactive rules. If you are serious about trading stay away from this company. They cancel my payouts and force me to trade other 10 days just to take time. Maybe they have solvency issue.

First of all, this company's payment is very slow. It takes at least a month from application to receiving payment. Later, many people were withdrawing money from the account they bought before the rules were changed. The change of rules prevented many people from withdrawing money, which also wasted a lot of time. And there is no corresponding compensation from the company. They believe that the company must be profitable in the long term. We understand this, but the problem is the rights and time of those of us who have purchased accounts.
