I never received my two licenses, even though I paid for them. I haven't heard back from sales or support regarding my emails, even 48 hours later.

They are Fraudster. They sell products by saying lifetime access.Butbif you forgot registration id or log in credentials they don't respond at all. Again you have to buy their product that's why they cheat customers by saying lifetime access.they are frauds

Fantastic Image Viewing & Manipulation Software
I confess, I've only used their Image Viewer, but it is FreeWare, has an impressive and comprehensive list of features and tools, and has been faultless in my experience.

I should mention also that experience with Faststone Viewer is extensive. It has been my 'go to' software for over 15 years! So much so that I have left a donation on more than one occasion and purchased a license, even though I didn't need to to use it.

If I could give no stars I would . Placed order in August still not received anything and no reply to emails. Avoid at all cost

Absolutely disgusted with them! It’s been 29 odd days since I placed an order and paid! Sent three unanswered emails so far

I found that FastStone V7.7 was broken after the latest Windows mandatory update KB5026361. Removed the update, FastStone works, with the update installed FastStone freezes. I have sent several requests to FastStone Customer Support to look at this issue to either advise, or produce a fix. All to no avail. FastStone has neither replied nor acknowledged emails about this issue. They are customer deaf. They have a great product in FastStone Image Viewer but their customer support seems to be extremely poor to non-existent. Great software that doesn't work due to incompatibilities with the operating system is no longer great - it's quite literally useless.

I just wanted to tell people that this program is fabulous. It takes no time at all to resize photos for e-mailing or other uses. I use it regularly and it's always worked flawlessly and very swiftly. Can't recommend it enough.

Ich habe 2015 eine lifetime Faststone Capture-Lizenz gekauft und seitdem mache ich die Updates, frage manchmal nach Rat und greife sporadisch auf den Support zu, OHNE PROBLEME. Ein solcher Anbieter ist ein Genuss. Ich habe einmal bezahlt und seitdem nutze ich seine Dienste, aktualisiere und bin zufrieden. Bravo an sie.

Faststone Image Viewer / Manager is a superb program, free for personal use, which helps you view your photos (and now videos) with greater easy and versatility than any other program of this genre.

Faststone has an excellent user interface that every other company could learn a lot from, as well as some really good basic image editing tools that keep getting better and better.

In addition to viewing your images, you can also batch rename images, using either a user created template, or a Search and Replace method. Also integrated into Faststone is a batch convert feature which is very easy to use and works very fast.

Finally, another feature is the ability to create speaker or thought bubbles that you can add to any of your images.

Overall this is one of the most useful programs to have for anyone who wants to manage and view their photos or any other graphic files with the most easy to use user interface I have ever seen.

Unlike other programs that you must pay to upgrade in order to view the latest RAW files from a new digital camera, Faststone provides current RAW file compatibility for Canon and Nikon RAW files.

Although free for personal use, Faststone is far superior to other programs that cost 75 to over 100 dollars.

I recommend this software to everyone I know !
