I spoke to many CNC companies and was sold on FastPreci due to their excellent customer service. I had detailed requirements for my parts which were fully addressed to ensure I was pleased with the end result. Highly recommend!

Fast preci have been excellent from start to finish. I dealt with Richelle mainly and she was very helpful and considering the time zone difference, was nearly always on hand, which is impressive.
They are incredibly attentive and endeavour to realise every design you have no matter how technical it may be.
I ordered some custom and very technical carbon fibre designs that is sent to them using step files and drawings, I received them very quickly and can confirm they are perfect.

Fast Preci was able to fabricate my parts perfectly to my specifications for much less than the other companies I contacted AND they were able to deliver it a week and a half sooner than I expected! Despite a price quote and estimated delivery date that almost seemed too good to be true, they totally exceeded my expectations. Communication with the project manager was thorough and quick throughout the whole process, and I would definitely order from them again if I need similar services in the future. Highly recommended!

I needed one screw I could not find worldwide (used in very specific situations). Tony Hu was my contact person. The price was great. What has been exceptional was however the fast responsiveness of Tony within few hours for each correction of request and in communicating the different steps.
Furthermore, they were extremely fast in producing and shipping the object (five working days from submission to deliver to Germany).
Finally, there were small problems with customs and they supported immediately and he was apologetic. In case of issues, they do not leave you alone.
