I was super skeptical, I filled out the form online and waited...and it took a little longer than he says on the website, but he got in touch with me and told me my request was going to be tough but he'd try. He called me back and told me he could get it done but we are going to be cutting it close and the only thing out of his control would be the USPS. I gave him one week to renew my passport and he said he would get it done. This is the best and least expensive service anywhere. I called two others, one said $950.00 & the other told me they couldn't do it. David works his butt off for you and he doesn't charge nearly what those other companies charge. Be patient, he gets a lot of emails and he may take a few hours to get back to you right now, but he will. There were no appointments for me in San Diego, LA, or SF, so I had to do something with 8 days before my trip.

I lost my passport during the pandemic and had an urgent international trip soon approaching on Thursday, August 19. I reached out to the official state department passport agency in DC to get an appointment for an expedited, in-person passport, which requires that you call within two weeks of your international travel date and they would try to get you an appointment within three days of your travel.

Long story short, I did that but the closest appointment they had was in New Orleans, Louisiana……mind you, I live 15min from DC.i then tried reaching out to a few different companies who told me because of COVID, they were unable to assist me with an expedited passport and that I would likely miss my trip.

So, I was close to panicking but remembered that I saw this company called Fast Passport Center on google. I originally assumed it was fraudulent but I was out of options and had to at least try, and I’m SO, SO glad I did.

Getting in contact with the company can be difficult because they’re extremely busy, but once you pay the fees for their services on their website, they absolutely make themselves available to you.

At this point, I had 10 days before my international trip to get a passport. Once I paid the fees online, David reached out and walked me through the process.

I had some issues at the post office during my passport acceptance appointment and although I could tell he was very busy, David took the time to help me as best he could in the moment.

Long story short, my passport was sent off on Wednesday August 11 and David and his team managed to get my passport processed and mailed back to me by Wednesday, August 18, right before my trip the next day.

I could not be more grateful for his help, especially during a time where everything is still slower because of Covid.

Noticed about 30 days before our trip that my passport had expired. Fast Passport saved my trip! We read reviews and I felt safe to trust them. Within 10 days I had my passport in hand. David communicated with me as I kept emailing him inquiring. Now if only Covid cases would reverse so that doesn't become an obstacle in getting to Aruba. Thank you Fast Passport Center.

I realized I needed to renew my passport last minute(8 weeks before my trip). The postal services stated their expedited services normally take 12 weeks, but due to covid it could take up to 16 weeks.

I discovered Fast Passport Center online. I decided to give them a try because this didn’t read or feel like one of the bigger services where you are just a number.

David was responsive via phone and email. It was very personal and not a call center feel. He told me this would prob take 6 weeks as long as follow the check list. I am worrier and try to anticipate any hick ups.

David assured me if things weren’t moving according to plan there were options. I was able to obtain my passport in exactly 6 weeks! My friend ordered his passport through the postal servie back in June and to date still hasn’t received his passport!

I highly recommend Fast Passport Center for any passport services!

David was great when we first spoke. It has been weeks with no email response, no return call, nothing. THIS IS NOT A LEGITIMENT SERVICE.

We had a life or death emergency situation and the service representative hung up on us without even trying to help us. This is a disgrace and I highly recommend to everyone reading this to never work with this company.

Amazing pricing, excellent value, great customer care, and support and they exceeded my delivery date. I would recommend them for all your passport needs.

We were very nervous to trust this company with our important documents, but this was our experience trying to get my wife’s name changed after our marriage and also get her passport renewed.

The Bad: ordered the 5-7 business day (processing) service.
Purchased on March 24th
Was given final instructions with shipping label March 25th and had it sent out the same day.
They received all documents and forms on March 26th.
From this point there was no follow-up until March 29 when I emailed David. David is very responsive and helpful but was told “it was due out midweek next week”
April 3rd is now here and I’m wondering what’s going on.
I was told that because our trip wasn’t until the end of the month our application wasn’t being taken.
April 4 David responds saying we can file an addendum to say we need a visa to get around this issue. Did this and emailed it over the same day.
Passport wasn’t submitted to the Passport agency until Wednesday the 10th (only found out by contacting the passport agency)
The passport was released on April 11th and was sent “2day weekday delivery by Fed ex”
Didn’t receive everything back until the 15th of April.
By my count and their website description (when they receive the package the processing time starts) thats 14 business days. Double the expected time and thank god we filled everything out correctly.

The Good: we got the passport in time, David was very helpful and called/emailed quickly.

Fast Passport Center was amazing to work with. I rarely leave reviews but they deserve one. If you are skeptical in any way about working with them, as I was, don't​ be.

I originally called them to make sure they were legit, David answered and sent me over the passport checklist. I finished it a day later and sent it out. My trip was 8 days from when I originally contacted David so I had to work fast. On Friday​ the 22nd I was waiting for confirmation from the passport center. I received​ an email around 4 pm stating that the birth certificate did not have a raised seal. I called David and he answered within the hour, directing me through what I needed to do. We got another birth certificate sent out the next morning. I then waited. Monday night David called me asking when my trip was. I told him the 28th to which he informed me he had someone chasing down the FedEx truck so my package would get here the morning of the 27th. My passport just arrived with a day to spare. David was available at any time of the day, if he isn't reaching out to you, it is because everything is going smoothly. If you are nervous at any point he will always get back to you. Fast Passport Center did a phenomenal job, couldn't​ be happier.

David and his team at Fast Passport Center were terrific and helped me get an expedited passport completed in time for a last minute international trip my employer wanted me to go on.

The one who does not risk does not win!!, thanks FPC saved my life, at the last moment I had an emergency to travel to my country, I decided to search the Web that agency could help me to get as fast as possible my passport, You know you can’t believe and trust a very sensitive issue to send to you don’t know your personal documents, but I risked and trusted this company, I recommend that you meet your service, thanks!!! Already had all the tickets purchased, just follow the correct instructions, the only thing I saw and I recommend to the company that should inform if they received the documents or send an email saying that if they received it and is in process and also send the Tracking number for the person to be quiet, because I fear of not receiving the passport on time pay extra $50 more to send me as soon as possible Because it was just two days before Thanksgiving when I sent all my required documents, and I applied for 5 to 7 days, which the fear made pay more, but if I recommend is reliable and fast, just to be sure of everything and if you have a question call no t Deceit fear and call, Mr. David helped me with all my doubts very good service!

This is a real company with lower rates than most, and they came through with my new passport on time. I would 100% recommend them. “Davidd” was great!

I am writing regarding the Fast Passport Center. Today is July 19th. Last Sunday I found out that God miraculously provided money for me to attend a church mission trip. The next day I found out that God had also provided money for my passport and vaccinations.

The problem, we were leaving Saturday at 6 am meaning I had 4 days to prepare. I had no passport and no birth certificate.

I looked at every company on the web and found that Fast Passport Center had very competitive prices, and could get me a passport in the time I had.

David was very professional and whet out of his way to get me on track. He answered every question every time I called (about 10 times I think) and provided what I needed within minutes.

The reason I chose them specifically, is because they had a PHONE NUMBER ON THEIR "CONTACT US" TAB and I could call to find out exactly what I had to do to get a passport on time. I was astounded that the others wanted you to email or write to them.

Though the cost is high, I was happy to pay it to be able to have what I needed in time to make the trip. I feel completely confident in recommending Fast Passport Center.

Also, I am an actual customer, not someone being paid to write reviews that are absolute fabrications.

Fast Passport center is an excellent company and well worth the price!
