We want to clarify that your order coincided with a temporary system update that was specifically related to the delivery of maxed-out accounts to new Google Accounts. During this update, we kindly requested your patience as we worked through the process. Regrettably, you declined to wait and requested an alternative solution. In response, we proposed the option of delivering the maxed-out account to your primary Hunt Royale game profile instead of creating a new one (as the creation of new profiles was temporarily disabled due to updates at the time of your order). However, this solution was also declined.

We genuinely understand your concerns and frustrations with your experience thus far. We made every effort to resolve the issue promptly so you could fully enjoy our service, but regrettably, you declined all the solutions provided at the time of your order.

One day later, our systems were fully operational, and we reached out to you via email to obtain your game profile information. Your response indicated that you would not provide us with a Google account to link to your maxed-out account, and you expressed your desire for a refund. We responded by confirming that your account had already been created and we are awaiting your newly created Google account information to complete the linking process. Consequently, we were unable to offer a refund at this point, as the product had already been delivered, and we had fulfilled our obligations to third-party providers.

During our interactions, it came to our attention that you engaged in disrespectful behavior towards our Live Chat agents despite our repeated explanations of the situation. In an effort to assist you further, we even created a new Google Account on our end, completed the linking process for your account, and provided you with the relevant account information.

Despite our best efforts to address the situation, you remained dissatisfied and continued to engage in disrespectful behavior towards our team members. In light of this, we took necessary action to prevent further inappropriate conduct.

Additionally, we want to assure all our customers and potential clients that we are not involved in any fraudulent activities. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled due to your reasons "It will ruin the fun of my game." & "It took the fun out of the game." you said.
