Pick up from Northwich to Manchester Airport, service was great from start to finish. Checked in advance number of cases etc. to make sure we had the correct vehicle, notified us when outside (slightly early) and got us to the airport on time.

The cab I had booked came to pick me up 3 minutes ahead of the scheduled time. He took me the airport on time by taking the best route without using any navigation apps. Appears he knows the city like the back of his hand. He helped me with my luggage as well. True gentleman! 👏🏼 Way to go Fast lane!

Transfer from Liverpool to Manchester worked well. On time, safe journey, pleasant helpful driver. No complaints. If they can keep this up this company will be a blessing as getting a reliable transfer between L'pool and Manchester Airport is currently harder than it should be.

I used Fastline Transfers to take me from my home to Manchester Airport. The booking was very smooth and the subsequent contact was excellent. The drivers were very professional with clean cars and on time. The whole experience was First Class and much cheaper and more convenient than parking at the airport and being bussed around. I will definitely use Fastline again.

I booked Fastlane from Manchester airport to Preston, as I was due to land at 3am. From start to finish the service was exceptional. My flight was delayed, then cancelled, rescheduled and then slightly delayed, Fastlane couldn't have done more to help. I was able to chat to them via their website and keep them up to date. When my flight was cancelled I assumed I would loose my deposit but they kindly put my booking on hold until I had my return flight sorted. They called as soon as the plane had landed to let me know my driver was waiting. The driver himself was polite and professional and the car immaculate. I genuinely can't recommend this firm enough - they made what was a stressful end to a trip that bit easier.

Although worried about whether my ride would turn up on time at 3.30am for an early flight there was no problem. The driver called me to say he had arrived early, he was courteous, professional and went beyond expectations to help me as I have limited mobility. Also great price compared to other companies.

Will very happily recommend to family and friends.

The same driver picked us up two weeks later and was very flexible as our return flight was delayed by over an hour.

On our trip to Manchester, we booked Fastlane Transfers. The driver contacted us and we had no difficulty in finding his vehicle. He was friendly and courteous. The car was clean and the ride seamless. I booked the taxi again at the end of our visit. This time I was bit anxious as we had to reach the airport around 5 am in the morning. So I asked Fastlane to send the driver at 0430 am and he reached even 10 minutes earlier. I was really impressed by this high standard of professionalism. Used Fastlane Transfers today from Manchester airport to our house! Well the service was impeccable the Driver kept in constant contact he called as soon as the plane landed, our bags got delayed so I let the driver know and it was not a problem he parked up and waited patiently.
