Horrible customer service. I never used the app once and wasn’t user friendly to cancel subscription or remove my payment information. They charged me £10.99 and i contacted customer service, who basically told me they cancelled my service but wouldn’t refund me. Even though I’ve never touched the app or the service.
I want to request for your complaints department. Very unhappy with your unhelpful response.

Great hints for healthier living. Adding food using scanner is easy. My only issue is that alot of the food is in grams or ml. Sometimes hard to convert for us in the US.
