I received excellent customer service from Fasthosts today!
I was assisted by Elsa via webchat, who was incredibly polite, professional and helpful throughout the conversation. After taking the time to understand the issue I was experiencing, Elsa was able to identify what needed to be changed and help me update the necessary settings on my account.
The whole process was handled swiftly and efficiently, and I really appreciated the clear communication and friendly approach. It was reassuring to speak to someone who took the time to help resolve the problem rather than simply offering generic advice.
Customer service like this makes a real difference, especially when technical issues are affecting your business.

Scam-like hosting contracts
Scam-like hosting contracts. I’ve never seen anything like this with competitors such as Name.co.uk. The contracts are designed in a way that makes it extremely difficult to cancel your services. I would not recommend them.
