Fast Breeze 

Complete waste of money I placed order in 08/203. I did not receive it despite chasing them twice. Requested for refund did not get it yet. It’s ridiculous it’s been 6 months and they have not refunded my money. It seems scam completely.

Made an order in July, it didnt arrive 2nd resent order hasnt arrived despite tracking saying it has arrived, don't know where in UK
Fast Breeze blamed courier service. I contacted bank who told me not to accept the 60% refund offered, so ask for 100 percent.

I place the orders 17 July,and I never received until now.I contact costumers service

I too ordered items and my story is exactly the same as everyone else's. Twice they said the items had been delivered (two seperate orders). They had proof of deliverery but because of technical reasons they couldn't show me the evidence. I was offered a 60% refund : then an 80% refund : then a total refund. I had paid using a credit card for protection, so threatened to set the credit card company onto them. Eventually, I gave them a date when the refund had to be in my account. If this didn't happen by that date I would immediately hand the matter over. Another email excuse from them and my reply was I don't believe you, I don't care & the date is none negotiable. I also told them that I would not go away. I got a full refund on my specified date. 37 emails, backwards & forward, but it was worth it : )

Like everyone else I got scammed too! I ordered in June and waited for a replacement without any success. A similar story from the company who said goods were delivered. Due to technical problems, no proof could be provided. I am even assured by the shop that "we are legitimate online shop"

Please DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I only wish I had read the reviews before I made my purchase. They happily took my money, told me my items had been delivered but could not provide proof!! (In this day and age that is hard to believe and not acceptable!)

I've been waiting since July for my refund and I'm seriously starting to doubt I'll ever get it. I've been emailing them weekly just by way of a reminder.

Ordered goods 16th August, system said delivered - not to me they weren't! After many emails they confirmed they would despatch the goods again. Unbelieveably, today 30th October, the system said "delivered". Again I have not received any goods. Is this a scam website????

Placed order in June, now end of October. No sign of the order, no sign of a refund. Numerous emails to say it’s been delivered (but they won’t share images to say it has) order reissued and offer of partial refund. All to no avail. Disgusted that companies like this are allowed to trade. Steer well clear of this scam company.

Do not buy from this company. I wish I had read the reviews before I parted with my money. Placed an order in July 2023. Item did not appear. Chased it up in September and was told it had been delivered, which it had not. They said they would send out a replacement. Now October and this has not arrived either. The tracking details just show it in various states of transit.
Like others on here, I naively assumed this was the actual supermarket ASDA!

I wish there was an option of no stars. This is now obviously a scam as everyone has a similar story. There's always a technical reason why they can't provide a proof of delivery. Every time I email them I get a longer and longer email back with obviously cut and pasted paragraphs promising a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I see that their web shop is now closed which just reinforces my opinion.

If zero was possible it'd be that.
My friend sent me their link and we both believed it was to do with Asda. More fool me.

If I could give no ‘stars’ I would. This is obviously a scam as they the order had been delivered, but there was no proof. They then said they would send a second parcel but this was apparently also ‘delivered’ on their tracking, but it has not been.

Been scammed by this company for £69 how they can do this on people I don't understand.Do NOT order from this company they are scammers, and are Not asda they are claiming to be.

Fast Breeze

Ordered goods from a Taysia at Fast Breeze at a cost of £21.85. Despite several weeks and contact with company I have still not received my order, I have requested my money to be returned but not been successful!
I would advise people not to order any goods from this company and advise police fraud department of issues!!

I ordered some clothes for my holiday, and 6 weeks later still no goods. I e-mailed them twice and tried to call with no luck, so I saw the bank and they're refunding me and investigating the company. I will never buy online again as I no longer trust the internet companies who trade this way. I had thought been part of ASDA they would be good, how wrong was I. never again will I trust ASDA. I only put 1 star so I could write the review, otherwise I wouldn't of put any. Please DO NOT buy from this site IT IS A SCAM.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star. The whole thing is a scam. They took mu money for goods, goods were never delivered. Tried to tell me they were & when I challenged I was offered part of my money back to which I argued & ever since then, I've been promised my money back daily but it never comes. This goes back to June now. They are complete & utter liars. Do not get scammed like I did!

I have purchased & paid products and it's been more than a month and still haven't got it. Emailed Fast Breeze, replied saying delayed in shipment wait for a week, it's now been another 2 weeks & nothing. Wrote again been replied accusin me I entered my address wrong?? Realy!! To say they will refund me 50%, I did not pay 50% when I purchased the products??? Another scum!

No stars. This is a scam. Goods ordered not received. Fast breeze said they were delivered to the wrong address and wanted to negotiate a partial refund. When I insisted that I receive a full refund they eventually agreed but have still not paid it it one month later. Everyone on here is making similar complaints.
