I ordered 3 pairs of cropped trousers on 28/5/2026, I was told they were out of stock and would be in about 3 weeks time. I waited for 3 weeks then called again, I was then told that two pairs were in stock so I said would you send those out to me, I was told we can't do that we have to wait for the whole order. So I waited again, no show, I called again and explained to the person what I had been told. She said " oh I can send you the two pairs and send the third pair when they arrive (??).I waited again no sign of the trousers, I 'phoned again and explained the saga to a rather patronising person and I told her I wanted to cancel the order, she said she couldn't guarantee cancelling the order as it could be nearly ready for delivery. So I waited again, no sign of the trousers (surprise, surprise). I 'phoned on the 14/07/2026 to see where the trouser where and I was told the order had been cancelled on 28/05/2026. I said I only placed the order on 20/05/2026!!! She said that two refunds had been given. So sorry for the long winded review but I wouldn't touch this company again ever.

Avoid at all costs!! On line service doesn’t work with the codes charges you full price! Had to call & luckily have a safety buffer on my phone as it cost £5 to call & didn’t even get the order through abysmal service they didn’t even call back when they had my number
You didn’t call me back & you didn’t email me as you can see from the other reviews this company is to be avoided at all costs they constantly lie
It is not a low rate number ! If people are putting orders in it should be a freephone number …

Just ordered a pair of ladies slip-ons and had a job to get the offer code. Eventually paid through Klarna and when I did item was out of stock. I am elderly and not sure if I will get my money back. Not a Company I will ever use again.
Sorry I can't ring you as requested. I stand by my 'out of stock' after I had paid. It was in bright orange. Now look forward to receiving my order.

I placed an order on Tue 17/03 and paid extra for a fast delivery. Items still not delivered on Sat 21/03.
Contacted customer services via telephone. I was cut off within seconds. Every time I try to re dial the same number to track my order, My phone says call ended. WHY HAVE YOU BLOCKED MY NUMBER?
I wish i had read your customer reviews before placing order. ALL reviews POOR. WHERE ARE MY GOODS?

i was kept on the phone for 5 minutes at 13p a minute trying to remove my late husband from the mailing list
i have telephoned so many times, i have returned letters marking them deceased, gone away etc but after 15 months they still keep dropping though the door

What a farce. Felt hoodwinked as I was more or less forced to sign up for klana. The prices which were supposedly reduced by 20% were no different when you have to add the postal charges in our local stores
I will never buy from this company again. Going to try and cancel my order now

I am still waiting for my order sent 23 days ago. I rang to ask when to expect delivery 8 days ago and was told 4 days but nothing arrived so I rang again and was told 7 dqys !! Evri then text me to say delivery today but nothing arrived again. Then they text to say they couldnt deliver yet. I rang Evri to ask why and was told to ask Kingston for a refund or replacement so what is going on ? You have £70.99 of my money and I need the goods so PLEASE sort this out. Fed up !!!

The reason why you don’t have any record of my details as a customer is because the discount codes that were advertised in the TV chat magazine never worked so because they didn’t work I didn’t place an order.
I subsequently attempted on a different laptop and the same issue happened. The codes didn’t work. If you look at most of the other reviews on trustpilot the reviews are all about promotional code not working so to come back and say it’s for a different company. It’s totally true. My review is for fashion friendly.uk.com which relates to all the other reviews interest pilot
The secondary email that I used has been given via the website requesting for a reply on three separate occasions this week alone and still submarine silence and heard nothing
Having attempted with two separate emails and even contacted you via your own website about issues relating to products discount codes not working hence the reason why you’ve got a negative review on trustpilot
So to state that my review is in relation to a different company is rubbish as trustpilot themselves have many listings for many other customers having the same issue
And again contacting customer support via email is a waste of time as my replies have been ignored

Ordered 1 bra and 1 x 3pk. socks on 24.10.25. On line.paid by card.
Total inc. delivery £21.89. Delivery 7 days. Now 17.11.25 = 24 days, still no delivery.Despite contacting them on 4 occasions, no response.Do not think of placing any orders with this co. or like myself you won’t get your order or any response. No money taken from my account, but why couldn’t you respond to my numerous e mails re non delivery. Would have have solved the problem, plus saved me lot of hassle.

Ordered on 13th October and still waiting for items to be delivered. I also had no order confirmation e mail and no further communication from the delivery company. Very disappointed so far and they've already deducted the amount from my credit card. UPDATE: The delivery company has said that my delivery was refused. This is absolutely not true as my mother is housebound and always someone home plus Evri
drivers know the delivery instructions. I have asked for photographic evidence of the driver's attempt of delivery as I have cctv doorbell evidence to call upon if required. Conflicting information as I think that Evri may have tried a delivery at the wrong address. I wish that companies don't use Evri as they've
have got worse over the past few months and some of my other companies that I have purchased from have changed delivery companies. Fashion friendly customer care service are also being given conflicting information in regards to my delivery. Now have to wait until Thursday to find
out if Evri are going to deliver the parcel they've been paid to deliver. Katie and Tracey from customer care services have phoned to say that they're are raising a complaint to Evri and will get a replacement delivery out to me ASAP. UPDATE: my replacement parcel was eventually delivered however the box had been crushed at the corners and luckily my items were not damaged. It nearly ruined my mum's special birthday with the delayed deliveries and now I have to wait up to 2 weeks for them to process my refund and they wouldn't even confirm that they have my returns parcel so luckily I have photographic and tracking evidence. Beware you have to pay for any returns. I will think twice about ordering again as the customer care service haven't shown any gesture of goodwill to give me any confidence in buying from them again.
The clothes are lovely, true to size, dispatched and delivered quickly. Website is very easy to use (probably the easiest to use site I have come across!). I have ordered 3 times and find the clothes lovely and the service excellent; good value too.

Dressing gown arrived pretty quick, but far too long for my neighbour, returned next day through Evri locked who acknowledged they had collected parcel and that's as far as ive got. Numerous phone calls to company who fob me off each time I ring. Apparently Evri only send returns back once a month. Each time I ring customer services tell me what I can see on my email from Evri. Definitely avoid this company, returns service is appalling and customer service isn't much better. Evri are known as one of the worse couriers, but only delivering returns once a month seems a bit far fetched to me.
Despite a reply from this company through trustpilot, I'm still awaiting a refund from them.

My order with this company was dispatched on 11th August to me. I received it no problem, but on opening a pair of Ladies Plain Briefs, I could see they were just ginormous and far too big for me, so I rang at great cost, their Customer service department and was told they could not refund me for these Briefs,but the other 2 pairs which had not been opened by me, were sent back to them a couple of days later, together with a Sweatshirt which was the thinnest sweatshirt you could ever imagine!! I am still waiting for my refund which is not a lot, but EVERY OTHER COMPANY now puts refunds back into your account within 5 days. The goods were returned by EVRI, so can this be done please?

I ordered two jumpers back in march 25, money was taken. Out of my account, no jumpers arrived, no email off them. So expensive to call them. Don't touch this business.

So far pleased with my choice ( will see what happens when it’s washed,) pleased with delivery it came a day early ,I went to order another But the. Colour I wanted came up as another colour and the price had gone up Overall yes I’ve given3 stars
I was disapointed that my order took so long to be despatched, and although it arrived "in tact" the packaging was poor and could easily have been opened by an opportunist. I used an advert in a magazine, but I will not use the compony again.
