I am writing to express my disappointment with the poor service I have received regarding my recent order, which was supposed to arrive on 24th December 2025.

This order was placed well in advance with the expectation that it would be delivered on time, especially given the importance of the date. However, the delivery did not arrive as promised, and I have received no clear communication or satisfactory update explaining the delay. This lack of reliability and communication is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

Because of this failure, the purpose of the order has been completely undermined. I expected a higher standard of service, particularly during a busy period when accurate delivery timelines and customer support are essential.

I would appreciate an immediate explanation for the delay, along with details on when I can realistically expect my order. I would also like to know what steps will be taken to address this inconvenience.

I look forward to your prompt response and a resolution to this matter.

Total Scam. You may as well donate the money you intend on spending at Fashioncrib SA to a non profitable charity, because you won't receive any product after making an online purchase. The company doesn't provide any tracking details, they don't respond to emails and WhatsApp, and the location of the premises is non existent. Stay away unless you willing to give away free money to this rip off business.

I placed my order on the 18th of December for my son sneakers, my order was deliverd on the 24th of December. Thank you Fashioncrib SA for making my son Christmas day a special one

I would never ever recommend this fashioncrip i dont know what micky mouse operation they run here but if you like trouble and stress buy i hope your heart is strong this place do not deserve to be selling products i will write to the competition commission also and a formal complain against these rubbish company

The order is legit waiting for my next order n it seems lot of improvement on communication and delivering

I ordered 2 pairs of sneakers on December 5th, 2025. They are not delivered to date. No communication to date. I worried that I am scammed.

I was since refunded with no communication.

Placed and order on the 17 of December 2025 till now no response from This so called Fashioncrib!!they don't even respond to emails nor Phone calls!!I Would advise anyone to buy from this soo called Fashioncrib,Their customer service is really poor..... Ordered online from NEO MART ON THE SAME DATE 16 DECEMBER 2025 THEY DELIVERED ON THE 18 OF DECEMBER,GET ADVICE FROM NEO MART FASHIONCRIB WE WORK HARD FOR OUR MONEY, THIS TIME YOU NOT GETTING AWAY WITH THIS!!!

I ordered a pair of takkies for my son. They promised to delivered between the 16th-19th December. I called yesterday and asked for my tracking number er which they promised to send once the driver picks up saturday and I even asked do they do deliveries on a Saturday. The person I spoke to told me yes because it's festive season and he wanted the takkie for Xmas. Today I call nobody picks up and they haven't been responding to WhatsApp messages. I worked my butt off to get my son his first pair of Nikes for Xmas and now this. The every reason I don't like online purchases from companies I am not familiar with. If I do not get my shoes I will not leave it like this. Robbing people out of their hard earned money. It's pathetic to be honest. If you cannot deliver a service don't run a business period.

Hai I was placing an order on the 16 I didn't receive an order number or any notification abt my order or track number I took worried now plsss inform me abt my order

I am very dissatisfied with your subpar service.

Firstly, the order was meant to arrive between the 2nd and 4th of December, but it arrived later than expected, on the 13th. Secondly, the size and color of the shoe are incorrect.
They have promised to send a courier guy to collect them for the correct purchase. I am still waiting for a courier guy.

I have been sending messages asking them to track my parcel & the is no response

I ordered on the 3rd of December it's now the 18th
I really feel like I've been scammed because no one is answering my phone calls
The customer service is really the worst I've ever experienced and I always order things online but Fashioncrib is literally just a scam,they can't be a real company and also be this bad

Im am absolutely disappointed with the service. I placed an order early in december for a Christmas gift. I have been promised shipping everyday and till today nothing. Nobody answers the blady phone. Nobody responds to emails and the blady employees on WhatsApp told me to relax il get my order. Is this company a scam?

I'm not hppy wth the service I got size uk4 tekkie instead of size 1uk I did call them but still they delivered the size 4

i did order the Nike portal tekkie i didn't get they bring lacosta i never said i want lacosta and there's no change nothing i don't like this serious im not happy at all

I haven't received my order and it's been 2 week.

I finally got my shoes after the long wait. I love my shoes,they true to size and comfortable. I just had to wait longer than I anticipated with no communication from fashioncrib but I guess it was worth it in the end. Thanks so much fashioncrib for taking my first review in to consideration 😊
