The customer service was amazing when I emailed with some questions! Once I received my jewellery order I must say I was very impressed by the quality, colours and style. Worn straight away today and already had lots of compliments!

I do a lot of purchases online and from time to time I need to get in touch with customer service team to resolve an issue. In reality you have to wait for response within 24-48 hours.
It is unbelievable, but I've sent a request to AFS Team @ 22:05pm and @ 23:12pm I received a response with a positive solution of my problem. And furthermore, this happend on Sunday, and this was Easter Sunday!!! And they made me feel very happy! This is a fantastic sample of how we'd like all our businesses to perform.
I can highly recommend FOR ART'S SAKE to everyone!

What I love about For Art’s Sake is that their designs are unique and artisanal — they have this exclusive feel. The frames are super chic and versatile. I already own three pairs, and every time I’m in London, I make sure to stop by their Covent Garden store to try on the new styles. The staff is always incredibly friendly, too.

I ordered two pairs of glasses. One of them did not fit well, so I sent an email asking if I could exchange it for a different pair. I’ve sent several follow-up emails but haven’t received any response.
In addition, one of my older pairs of glasses recently broke. I understand it may not be covered under warranty, but I sent photos of the broken glasses along with a warranty card (which may not be the correct one). Someone named Dhrumil followed up with a few questions, which I answered, but I never heard back after that.
Regardless of whether a replacement is possible, I would have appreciated a response. Based on this experience, I will not be ordering from Art again.

Just got my glasses! Love them…but when laying on flat surface one arm is raised😑🙄😳
So I guess I will have to take to see to get fixed.

I love FAS - I have 4 pairs of glasses (3 sunglasses, one pair of opticals), some jewellery and the travel case. The options are so fun, unique and good quality. The staff are always super friendly and very helpful either in store, via email or socialmedia.

I was initially excited about my Art’s Sake frames, but the quality turned out to be awful. In less than 12 months of wearing, the frames started oxidizing and turning green. I took them to an optical store to clean them, hoping it would fix the issue.

To test if it was just due to wear, I left the cleaned frames in their case for three months without touching them—and they still oxidized! Meanwhile, my old frames (which I’ve had for years) never had this issue.

For the price, I expected way better durability. Extremely disappointed and wouldn’t recommend!

This company cares about the details. The designs are stunning, quality is amazing. You can tell everything is designed and packaged by someone who put a lot of thought into it. Highly recommend. Great experience both online shopping and in the London store!

I am a returning customer to FAS and I recently purchased a pair of opticals. Upon arrival the box was very damaged and the opticals inside damaged as well. At first we tried emailing but did not receive a response back. Once I contacted FAS via instagram the representative was able to push to move along the issue. They were able to make a claim against FedEx and mail me new frames within 2 weeks. Even though the issue was not their fault, they were able to rectify the problem in a timely manner. Thank you again!

On a trip to London I discover, in Covent Garden, the most beautiful shop with the most amazing sunglasses, different models from what you see everywhere. I fall in love with the Ornate model, in champagne colour, but I also love the black one…actually I love them all 😍
What I also like is that they don t leave you any marks on the nose, especially if you have had a rhinoplsty, they are very light. I also order online, and the package arrived with no problem, the people who work here, in shop and online, are very kind and always there to help you if you have any question.

This is my second time ordering from this brand, and I couldn't be happier. I purchased some jewellery for my wife, and she absolutely loved it. The necklaces and rings are of excellent quality, easily rivaling pieces that are double the price. I've seen some negative reviews here, but those comments don't reflect my experience at all. The quality speaks for itself, and I'm very impressed. All my orders came with luxury packaging.

Magnificent experience. The shipping was beyond great. Coming from London it took exactly 7 days to get to me in Los Angeles SoCal.
