I ordered my daughter and nieces matching necklaces for Christmas, and never received them. And never heard back from them either! $58.50 wasted!!

I order a necklace for my sister and she has not recieved it as of yet I feel like this company is a scam because they have not sent me a tracking for me to track the progress of its arrival

Was not happy with the grandmother bracelet. They refused to send me a mailing label so had to pay 20.00 to mail to Jerusalem. I have been tracking and still not delivered. The company does not care, and so now I am out almost 100.00. No bracelet either, and just want a refund. I mailed this on 2/8/24.

Customer service has not been responsive! I placed an order Nov. 30th and have not received any updates or items! I’m heartbroken these were gifts and now I don’t have time or money to replace them. DO NOT TAKE the risk and order from this company.

I'm still waiting on my item. Paid for express shipping that was 10 days ago. Never even updated shipping info until I reached out to pay pal, then I received an email w shipping information which only said the label was created. Such a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!

I ordered a 22-inch chain and after several weeks I was informed that they didn't have that chain in that size. I was offered an 18-inch chain which I declined and asked for a refund. I received an email stating that my refund was processed. As of this review, I haven't received my refund

We bought two necklaces for our children boy 12 and girl 11.The chain and numbers are pretty and seem to be good quality! They are quite smaller than I imagined. I'm a small female and it's the size of index fingernail. Regardless, the kids did them and are very happy.

Wrong length was sent and dimensions were a little off (I only complained about the length I forgave them about the pendant dimensions because it happens) they said no problem just return it and we’ll fix it. well I returned it and 3 months later still no item. I Had to open a claim with PayPal because they started to not reply to emails that I would send requesting an update. They also ignored paypal’s request and Thank God PayPal is refunding my money. If I hadn’t used PayPal to purchase the item, I’m assuming they would have just kept the money and never send the item. Essentially fraud.

Today I will rate my experience with a heavy heart and full of disappointment. first of all, its my second time to order from Faruzo. My first order was very nice. It was my first order of dream catcher bracelet. I loved my very first experience. Faruzo gave me almost 2 free tennis bracelet for the consecutive months before my 1st purchased. I was very happy at that time. And very thankful for such blessings from them. Until this day come. I tried purchasing my 3rd tennis bracelet, it was the 3rd because the 2 are almost free. this time I bought the tennis bracelet using my credit card. I did wait for it for couple of weeks before Faruzo given me an update. I begged couple of times to give me the tracking number. This time Faruzo is been so slow in replying to all my mails. They almost respond to me after 2 - 3 weeks with the same sentences. To my shocked they gave me the tracking number which is lost. Yes my Parcel is lost somewhere and I waited for almost 1.5 months for it, until I realized it was never coming to me. I email Faruzo multiple times. And I only got the same reply from them. to my added disappointment, They offered me a refund instead. Now again the same tactics of waiting for the respond. Until now my refund is still not happening. They told me that all my email were sent to spam folder that's why they could not respond on time. But I wonder why my mail got into spam? I am only asking for the tracking number at that time.

Now I am rating 1 star because of all this experience. I will not return here anymore.

We ordered a stethoscope necklace for my future daughter in law as a graduation present from nursing school. She absolutely loved it. It's such a unique and beautiful gift.

Do not use this company or website. Their manufacturing and ship dates are completely erroneous/wrong. Terrible customer service and do everything in their power to stall you out. They'll eventually create a shipping label, but do not deliver the product to the shipping service. They then claim stuff gets lost in the mail. When I finally received item, it was made incorrectly and restarted the runaround process for a replacement. I'm still fighting them for a refund via Paypal.

Their products are sweet keepsakes and look exactly as they promise, but their customer service is quite lacking.
I paid for expedited shipping on a bracelet for Christmas. I contacted them multiple times when I realized that it had not even shipped out, without a response.
The bracelet shipped after the date I was supposed to receive it. They agreed to refund the shipping costs, as it was sent regular mail on top of not being shipped on time.
It was supposed to arrive by 12/28 -today is 1/17 - I have still not received the refund, and every time I inquire, it takes multiple days for a response, and it is vague ie: 'oh i don't understand why you didn't get it we processed it last week'.
Ultimately lots of companies can make a product like this, so I suggest buying somewhere else, to avoid the headache.

Good company to work with. Quick response time. Items look exactly like that shown in their pages. Only issue I have is that when ordering make sure you note which heart gets which name. (i.e. smalles to to largest) if that makes a difference to you.

I received my order today and I love it, its more then what I expected. Very happy.

So far it's been almost a month since the shipping label has been made but not yet shipped. I can't really gov3 a solid review on this item due to me not even receiving it yet.

Scam. Never shipped out my order. Only provided tracking information (which showed they never shipped it) after I opened a dispute with PayPal.

I ordered a piece in November for delivery "between 12/1 and 12/14". Obviously they didn't deliver and it took three email requests or them to respond with how much they appreciate my business but with NO DETAILS WHEN THE JEWELRY I ORDERED WILL BE DELIVERED. I won't do business with them again and caution anyone considering this company. They're a big hat, no cattle organization. All talk with no content.

I ordered a necklace set from Faruzo and paid extra for express shipping. My card was charged immediately so I know they have been paid. An email the same day gave a confirmation number and informed me that shipping information would come in another email. So far the delivery window has passed with no further contact from them, not even the shipment notification.
I have attempted to contact them from their website, but neither message has had a response. As far as I'm concerned this company is nothing more than a scam.
