Very polite on the phone when I rang to enquire about the tactical ear muffs, got advised correctly, because they worked very well, and arrived when he said they would, shopped here a few times and can see no reason why not in the future. Good honest British business.

The website could be a little more ordered.
Cottage Brands seem to be fairly good with their prices & their service has been faultless. The only thing is that items on their website seem the scattered about, ie, the pellets could be located together to make comparisons easier.

Easy to use website. Very quick delivery with plenty of updates on parcels journey. Seat stick appears to be of good quality and is easy to use once you get used to it. Only been tested inside but looking forward to taking it out with me when the weather improves.
