Avoid this company at all costs! I placed an order for cologne and received no confirmation email whatsoever — luckily, I had the sense to take screenshots of my order and payment. The payment was taken instantly, yet the only email I received was from the courier the next day, saying they were waiting for the item to be delivered to them before sending it on to me.

Seven days later — still nothing. I tried contacting the company and eventually got through to someone whose English was very poor; the only thing I could understand was that I’d supposedly get a refund because the item was out of stock. No refund, no follow-up email, no explanation — nothing.

In my opinion, this company is running a complete scam. If my refund doesn’t appear soon, I’ll be contacting Trading Standards. Do yourself a favour and don’t waste your money here!”

I have been using Farmasi for nearly a year. The Nutriplus range and skincare are my daily products. The best bit is if you join you receive 30% off all products, if you recommend to family and friends you then receive 30% commission too! It’s a win win

Bought £250 worth of tablets from Farmacei for next day delivery. Not only did we not receive the item we did not even receive an email receipt. I'm not even sure this is a legit company

Too expensive and pushy for my liking and why you have to pay to register when you are going to buy products is beyond me. Also don't contact me when im trying to enjoy my holiday with your 'special offers' that's a big NO from me so ive deleted the app.

Having tried many oils this is definitely the best great smell and texture I'll be returning to this oil as my go to grooming ..

I've been with farmasiuk now since April
There products are absolutely amazing,with such a huge range of products. The Nutriplus products are out of this world And I highly recommend them. Ive become a beauty influencer for farmasi since trying there products ✨️

Tried to log in with my email and password, but it came up as invalid.
So I did a forgotten password reset, where I had to put my email address in and wait for an email from Farmasi to choose another password.
Never received email and tried several more times, but still no email, so cannot order anything and trying to phone them is virtually impossible.
Just really frustrating, as going round in circles 🤬🤬
