Bad Customer Service
I must say the products are quite nice but the customer service and follow through are not good. To be transferred from one department to another and still no resolution speaks volumes about a company and their future.

I must say the products are quite nice but the customer service and follow through are not good. To be transferred from one department to another and still no resolution speaks volumes about a company and their future.
I would give them a zero, if I could. I purchased a product from Farmacy Beauty on October 17, 2025. The package finally arrived at the Carrier Facility in New Jersey on October 27th. On October 29th it arrived at the carrier facility in Brooklyn Park, MN. That is where it has remained since. I only live an hour and a half from there and could have retrieved my package by now.
I contacted Farmacy Beauty customer service this morning and requested a refund as I no longer want this product. I was given the option of either receiving a replacement or a store credit.
I purchased this product in good faith and did not receive it. That’s on them, not me.
I will not be purchasing anything from Farmacy Beauty ever again.
Follow-up: Farmacy Beauty has refunded me my money.
They changed the formula of the cleansing balms that put them on the map! Unconscionable! Not only that, but they don't publish bad reviews on their site which I feel is deceptive. I no longer have a reason to purchase anything from them considering the product I was 100% devoted to for years has now changed and is causing a reaction to my skin.
Emailed them about a missing item in a shipment on 5/14, 5/20, 5/22 and 5/26/2025. Today is 5/29 and still no response. No phone listed.
Products are good, but customer service is lacking. You can only contact them via email. The process is ultra frustrating, time consuming, and extremely slow.
Good product but horrible customer service. You can only email them and good luck on a prompt response. Will never order online from them again.
Great products - particularly love the light moisturizers and night serums. Fast delivery and good free rewards and points system.
I started buying Farmacy products six months ago at Sephora. I was so pleased with my purchases that when I saw an Internet ad for a flash sale on FarmacyBeauty.com, I jumped. Between Sephora and Farmacy, I spent about $400 on products. Most of the products performed well but I did have a bad reaction to HONEY POTION PLUS, a facial moisturizer/skin mask, and had to go to a dermatologist for treatment. I left an honest review on FarmacyBeauty.com, recounting my experience with a 2/5 star review. I also left very positive 4 and 5 star reviews for some of their other products. The positive reviews were all published but the 2 star review was NOT published. About a week later, I submitted another review for HONEY POTION PLUS, again honestly reporting my bad experience. This review was also not published, but I did receive this email from Farmacy:
“We are sorry to hear that Honey Potion did not work out for you and apologize for the reaction! If you would like to reach out cudtomer care @farmacybeauty.com for a $5.00 refund on your order as an apology from us, please do so!”
I wasn’t expecting or asking for any compensation, all I wanted was that my review be published. But when I got to thinking, the offer of a $5 refund on a $60 product is laughable. If anything, they could have given me a gift card for the value of the product or chose a suitable replacement to send me. This whole experience with Farmacy leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Awful customer service and dubious published reviews have lost me as a customer.
Horrible customer service. Do not order direct because they will not refund you if you need to make a return. They received my return and did not reply to any of my emails requesting help. I reached out via Instagram and they said they would help, I gave them my order number, and they just left me on read after that. I pretty much paid to get breakouts and poor customer service.
Did not help me when I received damaged products. I threw them away and was not able to provide a photo.
