I called to book my flight from JFK to UVF and Alex Was really helpful in getting me the best deal. I was told within 24 to 48 hours. I will receive my e-tickets. Yes I did receive my tickets and will be on my vacation as schedule. Could not have done it with out Alex!!! Excellent service

Fiona was very pleasant to work with. She was knowledgeable and efficient and was able to find a suitable flight for me since the one I originally booked online was no longer available. Great experience all around! This is my first time using them and I will continue reaching out for future travel accommodations.

This place is a scam they called said I didn't pay for taxes so they added another 150$ and said I would get my tickets on Monday at 9am this was Thursday they took the money out of my account they called today Sunday and said I didn't confirm my tickets and that they hadn't took money out of my account when they had 1600$ . I never received my tickets and I'm filling a fraud report with my bank and the police DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THEM IT IS A HUGE SCAM YOULL PAY AND NEVER GET YOUR TICKETS

They are fake site. Purchased ticket from them. As their usual practice, called after buying stating that price have increased, asked for additional sum. Since overall price was still cheaper than what airline asked so paid. They issued the ticket. At the airport, airline block the ticket saying that the vendor used the stolen credit card to make the purchase and that I should block my credit card also as they might do the same with me. I put a dispute for the transaction immediately. I called the faresoflights people for clarification on airlines comment of use of stolen credit card. The person dodged the question saying that since I put a dispute for transaction that they are not doing anything now. These are criminal people and should be reported to FBI.

J'ai réservé un billet le 2 juin, la transaction est déduite de mon compte. Par contre je voulais ajouter un bagage supplémentaire à 75C$, j'ai ajouté le bagage avec Air transat avec le même numéro de confirmation qu'on m'a donné FaresOflights. Air Transat m'envois la confirmation avec mon nom et prénom, mais pas le numéro de téléphone et le courriel enregistré dans ma réservation n'est pas le min. 3 jours après, Air transat me rembourse 75C$ pour le bagage que j'avais ajouté. j'ai consulté ma réservation dans le site de Air Transat. je trouve que ma réservation est annulée. Je contacte Air transat, ils m'ont dit la réservation est faite à mon nom mais pas avec mon courriel et mon cell. J'ai contacter par téléphone Faresoflights et par courriel. Pas de réponse. C'est une arnaque.

J'ai réservé un billet pour orlando avec eux, ils ont pris l'argent sur ma carte de crédit mais je n'ai pas reçu de billet. J'ai appeler le numero dans le courriel ça sonne sans réponse, je leur ai envoyer un courriel toujours pas de réponse. C'est un site frauduleux ne reserver pas avec eux

Never buy tickets with this company. They canceled my tickets and I am no longer able to join them. I lost my money. This is 100% fraud.

SCAM ALERT! Would rate zero stars if I could. Provide you a "confirmation" that you've booked your flights and claim you will receive your tickets in 24-48 hours. You will never receive any tickets. I emailed them to ask for a cancellation and they responded, confirming the cancellation and claiming that no amount had been charged to my card up until now. Later that same day I saw that they had charged me $520, when I had only authorized $398 for tickets. Called their customer service line and was supposedly promised a refund within 24-48 hours. No refund of course.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Tried to book, received no confirmation. I called customer service and they said it won't process because airline increased price. And told me price doubled! I refused to pay and Zack said I still had to pay a cancelation fee, even though price went up "as soon as I hit submit". I refused to pay a thing and 2 days later they charged me the DOUBLED price THREE times. I had also called the airline as soon as I got off the phone and bought a ticket only $15 more than my original price offered from fareoflights. THIS IS A SCAM. I will be fighting this charge, but PLease BEWARE!!!

Booked a flight and they called me back hours later said they aren’t processing my trip because the price changed the price went up do I want to still book for the new price how I book for a price and you cancel cause it went it DONT BOOK BULLCRAP

Provided with many options and offered a variety of flights and accommodations. Due to the date of travel didn't get the lowest rates posted online by their company but extremely competitive pricing, along with prompt services from beginning to end. Would definitely work with Faresoflights.com in the future.

Ria gave me a good service and she explained everything thoroughly and was very patient and helpful. Her service was excellent, and she was well aware of the flexibility of the tickets.

In April I went to Phuket Indirect, from day one of booking with Blueberry Travels - they were very professional and kept me updated for the flight. They booked seats without any cost. The flight was fantastic and they gave me excellent service. On the second flights, I asked for aisle seats but I was stuck in the corner on a window seat.
