Learned a lot about the history and culture of the Incas. The tour instructors were outstanding, and the quick and easy-to-find shuttles were very useful in organizing the entire trip.

Definition of a company who uses false advertising to their advantage. List appealing prices (too good to be true) for airfare tickets, in hopes you purchase, for them to then get you on the phone after the purchase is made to tell you that the "airlines" prices have since changed and the original price we had advertised has since doubled. Do not recommend using this 3rd party scam of an organization.

Bought two tickets but next day they called me and said the ticket is one way while the ticket I bought clearly said its round trip. But the company called me and said it was due to “system glitch”

I surfed the net for tickets to Cancun and saw on
Faresclub for $180/person round trip, so I booked for 2 tickets. When I surfed the company's review, I read some negative comments, so I called immediately and cancelled my tickets, because t the price I paid wasn't what I was going to pay -but "depended on the price from Delta" I was told. The Rep (Dave) was gracious enough to offer me in finding the "right" price, and finally I was able to get and buy 2 tickets @ $505.47 a piece. I was going to join the group from Holland in CUN and later told by my sister that the group would be arriving at 8:30PM on Nov 17. I contacted Delta and asked if I could change the flight to leave a bit late, therefore I won't have to wait too long for the group. Delta rep was so helpful, unfortunately she wasn't able to change for me, because I bought the ticket from the agent/3rd party. I contacted FC again and talk to Dave if he could help me to change to the later flight. I was told that in order to do it, I had to pay a fee of $510/person per "Delta policy." When I talked to Delta rep, I was told that the changing fee was actually decided by the travel. If the travel was willing to change my flight without any fee, Delta was fine with it. My last text to Dave wasn't answer since 9/29, although I still hoping that they still able to help me. I guess I learned my lesson, in the future, if it is too good to be true, don't buy but "run as fast as I can"

False advertisement,
I bought a ticket for a good price, they call me the day after because the airline did not accept the prize and will cost me more than a regular ticket thru the airline website.

When I wanted to cancel a reservation that was non-refundable, good customer service came in handy.

Te hacen comprar pasajes baratos pero es una farsa el pago no se hace efectivo en el momento y cuando llame por teléfono me dijeron que ya no hay vuelos para esas fechas y que los costos subieron 3 veces del precio indicado al principio. Ese es el enganche de esa empresa poner precios económicos y recolectar tus datos personales y de tus tarjetas. Una completa farsa.
Tuve que pedir que cancelen mi compra y borren los datos de su sistema, nose si lo hayan hecho pero lo que si se es que en mi vida vuelvo a caer en sus farsas.

I bought some ticket fares club at a reasonable price. Two days later they called and said the price was higher. I told him to cancel they tickets and he told me that my card was charged and would take a few weeks to get my money. They lied. Card was never charged. Rude rude. I can’t believe they are still on jetcost.

They are a scam I just canceled my card DO NOT TRUST please trust me it’s a F-ing scam they need to be sued

Honestly this whole website is a scam and I should’ve read the reviews way before I even put my card on file it’s very upsetting that people is out here just taking people money we already gone through it now people don’t have money to just be giving people for free they need to shut this website down now all these people up here complaining and y’all still ain’t did nothing about it yet!!!! 😡

I think somebody should take this company to court and penalize them because it’s happen with me today , they take all my information , my date of birth home address my credit card everything and than they said sorry your ticket was not booked those fare was sold out , I did not that this is how it’s work I was under impression that I am flying , since they put the price theee time lower people tempt and give all information as usual to buy ticket , I think they collect data like this and sell it to outside world making money . So be careful.

definitely a scam - i picked out my tickets this am- then just now received a text saying the fare is higher- but they have discounted seats - left a number with an extension 😂 but the number is a cell, no business- cancelled my card - real quick! if it looks to good to be true probably isnt true- i wouldn’t even give them a star.
