Stay away at all cost!!! Purchased tickets at discounted rate. 3 hours later they tell me these were standby tickets and had to basically pay double to get confirmed tickets. No where on the booking page does it say standby tickets😡😡. Completely ruined my wife and I travel plans. Predatory tactics at best. STAY AWAY YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!!!

This site is a scam. Look and book elsewhere! First they suck you in with a cheap rate only to find out it hardly includes no enhancements whatsoever. So OK I wished to add a selected seat and one checked bag. The new price was way more than double the original price. I paid only to find out that they already picked middle seats for both flights (never gave me a choice) and so I used my miles to move my seats. Most importantly I paid the higher price so I could check one bag but I wound up having to pay the airline an extra $70 to have the checked bag for which I had already paid to this company. If this isn’t a ripoff I don’t know what is’

If I could leave zero stars, I would! This company is a scam! They offered a $209.00 price for a plane ticket, then I’m told to confirm the ticket the price is $400.00 for an economy ticket! What a rip off! I could fly Business Class for that price! I told the rep no, and he said I still had to pay for the ticket. I’m not paying then! You honor the price of $209.00 for a confirmed ticket, or this transaction is over. I canceled my credit card! I refuse to pay, and let myself be ripped off by a scammer!

Terrible customer service.
I booked a ticket online on June 20 2025 for June 22 2025, I have been trying to reach out to someone in the company for the past 15 hours to confirm my reservation.
The number +1-844-569-3342 was not working, and i email them that I tried to check the email with the ticket number to confirm my reservation with American Airline that i booked though fareporto.com, The confirmation that they give me was not working. So since this it's a family emergency i booked another ticket with a different more reliable company. Fareporto deny wanting to cancel my reservation saying was a promotion ticket. Even if it was a promotion ticket should you just not respond, and have a number on your website that is not working.

This company should be shut down immediately. It's a scam and a fraud. Less than 5 minutes after "purchasing" my tickets I received a call to inform me that I needed to pay $1,600 for the four tickets I had thought I was purchasing for $500. Then I was informed that I could have a smaller "up-charge" if I changed my flight to a different day. I requested a refund and was told that the tickets I purchased are non-refundable. I was then informed that I could keep my original tickets at the original price but couldn't bring anything on the plane with me and couldn't pay for my bags at the airport. This is a classic bait and switch and is predatory

I bought tickets and received an email from Fareporto but not from the airline. When I called, the rep said that I had a standby ticket with no seats or luggage. He said he could change my flight and upgrade my status, but he only gave me a different flight at a $530 charge still with no baggage. Then he blocked my phone number so I couldn't call back. Use a reputable company like Expedia or Travelocity.
