I would not book again with this company, it is a scam to get more money from you, I could have booked with the airline and found a cheaper price. I would not recommend this company.

I book a ticket through them. After not receiving a ticket or confirmation after 5 hours, I called them and was informed the ticket was not longer available for that price but for an additional $70 they could book me the ticket. When they sent the email over for me to confirm, the price had increased another $10. When I inquired about an additional increase they got argumentative and loud and tried using high pressure tactics. I finally agreed to the price since it was still a bit cheaper. Over the next 3 days I called numerous time inquiring as to where the ticket was each time being told it would be there later that day. 2 days before flight I called again and was informed the ticket was not longer available at that price and I would have to pay more. I informed them I would not authorize more money and they could not send me the ticket they needed to refund my money. Then stated the ticket was none refundable. I informed them I never received the ticket they sold me therefore it’s fraud and that I would be calling the state attorney general’s office along with the better business bureau to file complaints against them for bait and switch tactics along with fraud. Then all of a sudden my ticket was available now but they never received the money for it so I would have to pay. I informed them I was looking at my bank account and it did pay. After additional back and forth they said they would call me back within the hour.

Farebees is a scam. I booked a ticket this morning for $60. They called & left a message asking to confirm. I called them back only to find out that the ticket for that price is not available, it would be available for $279. When I said that I am not agreeing to it, the person's response was agree to it or lose your money. After going back and forth about why this is not legitimate since they don't have what they originally sold but want me to purchase something more expensive, they hung up. I am buckling up for what is to come and how they are going to scam since they did collect essential information during the booking, including DOB, addresse, credit card info, email. I don't think this is going to be over any time soon.

I’m here trying to book a birthday trip and I came here for a cheaper price and I wasn’t able to get that. Even with help I still am struggling to pay. There was an attempt to help though.

Absolutely terrible experience. This felt like a complete BAIT AND SWITCH. I was quoted one price and ended up being charged MORE THAN DOUBLE. They then told me my original flights were “cancelled,” but when I checked directly with the airline, THEY WEREN’T.

To make matters worse, I looked up the actual ticket prices directly through the airline and they were LESS THAN HALF of what this company charged me.

Save yourself the money and headache. BOOK DIRECTLY WITH THE AIRLINE. I would never use this company again.

Paid $200 for a round-trip ticket. The company called to tell me I would need to spend more money as the flight was fully booked. After going back and forth, asking questions, and looking for an explanation, they locked me into a flight for 2x the amount I was quoted. After doing research while on the phone with them i was telling them about other listed flights that were $100 cheaper and they said no they couldnt give that to me the only one thye had was the one for $389. So i looked at one way tickets and they were cheaper to do 2 seperate 1 way tickets, to which the agents also said no they couldnt do that because they werent available. I spoke with a supervisor who just spoke over me the entire time and was completely unhelpful. He then went on to cancel my entire trip stating i wouldnt get a refund at all. I do not recommend or trust this company, they falsley advertise their prices to then lock you in at higher rates with no refunds allowed.

Clark Cooper helped me with my reservations when I was put on standby and was able to transfer my flight to another airline. He was very polite and helpful in communicating along with ensuring I received the same accommodations as previously with free carryon.

I had trouble booking a flight on the Frontier app. Came across Fare Bee in my panic. My mother is on Hospice and I needed to get to her. David Parker explained how the special ticket works and did everything I needed to get a regular ticket including signing up for a wheel chair. I am very grateful to him for his kind service and excellent customer care! Ty to David Parker

Mike was a great guy to work with. He was very friendly, and polite. He was also very detailed about taking care of the incidentals. He was very pleasant to work with.
