Great and unusual products

Ordered E.T. Limited Edition 40th Anniversary Replica Scaled Spaceship through Debenhams and this was shipped from Iron Gut Publishing Ltd from wearefanattick.com.
Well packaged and sealed when received delivery from Royal Mail and box containing item appeared sealed. On taking item out of delivery packing noticed rattling sound. Removed cellophane protection cover on well designed box and noticed there was wear on edges as if repacked. Item was lose in Polystyrene protection and item damaged. The return portal for item looks easy but not able to print return label from mobile phone.
Dissapointed as paying that amount for a small piece of sculptured metal which is supposed to be a limited Edition is not really the collectors item I expected

I placed a pre-order on their website on September 27, 2024. Not only was my order canceled on November 20 of that same year, but I also received absolutely no notification that the order was canceled and absolutely no refund. I have never seen an order not be refunded after it has been canceled. I was not even given an explanation why the order was canceled. I contacted their customer support and was asked to provide basic info (what items were canceled and the value amount). I promptly provided the information as well as giving the order number and PayPal transaction details. Apparently I was transfered to another representative because I received a separate email from an account specialist. The representative "Greta", simply apologized for the issue with my order and told me "will of course arrange a full refund for you. Unfortunately we can't refund via PayPal and will need to arrange a bank transfer to you from our Wise account. Can you provide me with a few details and I'll get that processed for you asap", without even explaining why I could not be refunded through PayPal. I paid through PayPal so naturally I am supposed to be refunded through PayPal. They attached a screenshot of an unknown page asking for the recipient's bank details, which would include my bank account number and my routing number. For obvious reasons, I am not going to be providing my personal banking information. Needless to say, I asked them why I couldn't be refunded via PayPal since that's what I originally paid through, and I never received a response. It's been days now. They were initially very responsive. Goes without saying I have been scammed and will possibly have to report this crime to their local authorities, report this to PayPal, as well as find ways to get my funds back. I only possibly lost $785, which is not a big loss to me and will be worth it if I can help spread awareness and prevent others from making large pre-order payments and getting scammed the same way I did. Their products are good, but it is NOT safe to purchase from the official websites.

UPDATE: Will have to file a claim to recover the funds, explore other methods if I'm unable to. Will also have to report this company to the UK authorities, and other regulatory bodies if I am not refunded. Stealing people's money is a crime.

A limited edition poster A3 was thought to be missing
A limited edition poster A3 was ordered. The package came and no poster was in the package. We reported this to Fanattik and they sent us another one. Again, no poster was found... until one looks more closely at the packaging: The poster was hidden between two layers of cardboard which looked like a thicker piece of packaging. We checked the other delivery: it was also OK. The company should mention this, because the poster can easily be overseen.

If you are looking for yugioh products there’s no one better. They have the best pricing and great customer service. Honestly would highly recommend them!

They were very proactive in their communication with me as the customer support team, expressing their concern about the slightly damaged packaging of my ordered, gave me the option to either receive a refund or proceed with the order.

This thoughtful gesture really showed their commitment to customer satisfaction and went above and beyond the standard expectations I usually have for online retailers.

Had absolutely no issue with the delivery too, as the items were carefully packaged in order not to get damaged during transit.

For sure will order more from them in the future.

VERY poor service happily leave items on doorstep and take a pic to send to you but I wasn't in so I'm guessing either someone or the courier service stole them but because they had a pic and proof of delivery they kept the money and probably the goods don't trust this company

Very unhelpful customer service. Silver Jurassic Park ticket changes color after time despite being kept in amazing condition and in a display cabinet. Customer service aren't interested and only offer a remedy if you buy something else. Please avoid as their products don't stand the test of time.

For a year or 2 now ive been wanting to get some of the items from this site. Their heavy focus on metal based products has been peeking my interest for a while. Especially with their surprising catalog of Jurassic items. I ordered one of their famous Pin Badges along with a Medallion Replica of the Jurassic World Dominion logo. And after finally receiving them i have to say that im impressed! The quality of the items, the presentation window boxes and even the tissue wrapping paper around the boxes all ad up to what essentially is a fun and deluxe unboxing experience. I do believe that sooner or later i will end up getting more items, especially since i find their catalog very impressive. If your a fan of Jurassic Park, Star Wars or other 80's and 90's franchises then this site is definitely worth exploring.

Do not trust this company they ripped me off over 570 pounds said delivered signed for was not some random person signed god knows who and god knows where my parcels went complete scam do not waste your money I'm well gutted

Its very nice to find a website, that has some very cool quality products that cant seem to be found on other websites! I love it!

The website itself is very nice, clean, super easy to explore and communication with the shop is fast!
