If I could give zero stars I would.
Do not order from this company. It is a complete scam. Your order never arrives, the only way you can contact them is via email which they often block so your emails are undelivered. This company needs to be shut down.
This book was supposedly reduced from £32 to £16 it is worth about £3 it looks like someone’s school
Project made on a photocopier . Flimsy poor quality paper and some pages are creased .
Don’t use this company!! Despite implying it’s U.K. based with quick U.K. shipping the order goes to China and then takes a few weeks to arrive. I chose the hardback option when ordering which I assumed would apply to both books I ordered (mum and dad) but apparently they only do the mum one as a paperback despite the additional charge still being taken for hardback option for both. The paperback book is very poor and cheap looking, not worth what I paid. Very poor customer service follow up and I’m now left with something shoddy and my request for a refund is being ignored. Email replies read like the could be AI generated, very generic and unhelpful. I feel like I have been scammed!
Please do not use this company. As others have said, took 4 weeks for items to arrive. Poor quality books. After 10+ emails they agreed to refund me in full. This is after I'd quoted UK distance selling laws that I was entitled to a full refund. Doesn't matter what their t&c's say ... if you cancel within 15 days as consumers we are entitled to a full refund.

I made an order on 24 November and didn’t realise that the “free express Royal
Mail” shipping would actually take just shy of 4 weeks. I feel like if the company were upfront about the long delivery time, they would resolve a lot of issues/ complaints.
I’m happy with the products, and every time I emailed for an update, I got a response (although just said it was held up).
After reading reviews, I checked the price on Amazon, and they were actually cheaper. But in all fairness I’m just happy they arrived - albeit later than expected. And it was a gift I’d not have thought of unless I saw the ad - so that’s why I’ve given 3 stars.
Never received the items I purchased, customer service keeps telling me it's coming, or it's released from customs etc etc. Save your money. These companies need to be taken down.
Ordered on the 27th Nov have still not received my goods, contacted on the 2nd Dec to ask for an update on delivery and received emails saying order was being processed. Have contacted them several times but keep getting generic replies but no actual update on when or if it will be delivered! Was told on the 2nd Dec order can take 4-10 business days but this is clearly not the case. Do not think this order will arrive. Avoid this company at all costs
Ordered on the 24th November. No contact from the company since then. No products have arrived. Still says 'On the way' (apparently via Royal Mail express delivery - ha ha!) No response to emails chasing the order. Have reported via Shop. Shop have done nothing. Have had to go through my bank. Do not buy from this company! Complete scam!!
poor product, really cheap and written in American English. tried to return as unwanted and not fit for purpose and was then instructed to ship to China and told to pay for shipping costs
Do not waste your money
I bought the “Dad, I want to hear your story” guided journal for £15.99. I then found the same thing on Amazon for £5.99 so even with the delivery charge of £4.99 it would have been quite a bit cheaper. Not great.
