I will have 1 happy granddaughter now my tickets have been booked thanks to Chris. Chris also made sure to send me a follow up email to also confirm I was happy with the re-booked tickets. Booked tickets nearly a year ago and got an email a couple of days before the show to say that due to an error we have changed your seats. Much further back!!! I am disgusted!! I will never use this company again, there’s a reason I booked those seats - nearly family and close to the front. Now I’m separated from my family!!!!!

Worst Ticket Company Ever!
Booked twice with these guys, and they let me down on both times, booked in presales paid for best tickets in house and they first gave tickets with bad views second event they cancelled and offered tickets for one year later, refused to amend tickets to another venue or date and now i cant get tickets for the show as tickets all sold, they expect me to take my three year old to watch Peppa pig a year from Nov when she may have moved onto other characters, they have zero value for customers! Avoid them as you will only regret using them to book tickets!!

Terrible customer service!!
My baby grandson took unwell before performance. He vomited several times outside venue. I went in to collect his goodie bag and we had to leave. I contacted family tickets who were so unhelpful. Told me nothing could be done about getting a refund or a credit towards another show. Totally unsatisfactory customer service. Won’t be buying through them again!!

Only giving 2 stars as we have not been to the show yet -I'm sure 'In the Night Garden' will be fabulous. My dissatisfaction is with the ticket suppliers. Foolishly I tried to book this on my phone and the option for them to choose the seats for us was the only option I could see. I then found that they booked us in not just separate seats, but different rows. Not a very good idea with small children. They then ran out of options to change these seats and could only offer another time/venue, which was not an option for us. I could not get a refund. I also found their attitude when trying to sort this out, was very 'unfamily' orientated and merely out to collect as much profit as possible
