The offices and facilities are well-furnished and comfortable and provide a professional working environment for both tenants and visitors. I've run my business from Falcon Business Centre for more than 10 years now and the experience has been fantastic. Smart, clean, modern, friendly, good value. Easy access from A38. Shops nearby. Great reception service. Great wifi. what's not to like? The staff are genuinely kind, helpful and friendly without being intrusive. It's a great place to have a business.

We have been with Falcon House for a while now and cannot fault them. The service is unmatched. Any issues are dealt with within minutes. They offer reception services and it makes it easy for us to just turn up to our office knowing everything is being taken care of.

I’ve used Falcon House as an office base for about 3 years now. Deborah and Zoe have always been extremely helpful. The meeting rooms are always clean and tidy and they have everything to suit my needs. Sometimes parking in an issue but the team bend over backwards to ensure my clients and I can park when a meeting has been booked.

I’ve been renting private serviced offices at Falcon House Business Centre in Plympton for many years, and I couldn’t be happier. The space is always clean, professional, and well‑maintained, making it a brilliant place to work and meet clients.
What really sets Falcon House apart is the amazing admin and reception team. They are consistently friendly, efficient, and incredibly helpful. Every call is answered promptly and professionally, and every client who arrives is greeted warmly — it creates such a positive first impression for my business.
The building also offers excellent disabled access and facilities, including a lift, accessible toilets, and dedicated parking, which makes it welcoming and convenient for everyone.
