Not a good experience
Like James stated, we too are a small growing agency told we would have all these wonderful, value-add features - signed up for year and have barely used the system. Its not delivering what it was intended to when we signed up.
We should have demanded a preview access to the system - but this wasn't apparently available to us so you had to 'sign the line' and expect to get what you were promised. Sadly what was promised was clearly under delivered.
Falcon has no interest in fixing this or even just cancelling our sign up in the first couple weeks we realised it was no good.
So now we're paying massive fees and not even using it basically.
This is the perfect example of a company who has no interest in the relationship with the client, as long as they get their monthly fees.
