When it works, it works. But one time the service was broken and it charged me for a ticket (multiple times) and then failed to generate/deliver it. I contacted support and they responded a week later, were thoroughly unhelpful, and by that point I no longer needed the ticket anyway. I asked for a refund and they ghosted me. In their FAQ, they tell you you have "better things to do" than waste your time asking for a $5 refund, which is hilariously stupid, pathetic, and convenient excuse for FFT to not take responsibility for its failures and, y'know, give you the product you paid for. Any business that makes it easy to take your money and then drags its feet and comes up with ridiculous excuses when it drops the ball is a business that doesn't deserve a single cent. FFT has competitors that will treat you better.

I've never had a problem with them. I've always been fine with it. Only once was my payment taken twice and I didn't receive the pdf, but in the end we resolved it via email communication and sent me the correct pdf which worked this time too

They took the money from my card but never send the ticket. There is no way to contact them through the website, so yeah, SCAM.

This site is dead, I booked a ticket and it gave me a different country and different place instead of the original location it keeps changing. I sent an email requesting for correction or a refund but as you know they will never answer you. You guys have scammed me enjoy because your turn is coming
