This was ordered yesterday morning and I received it today ,also the packaging was brilliant lovely and packed to stop damage on the boxes , excellent service from start to finish

Was looking for a birthstone 30th gift set, ordered online after researching their website and was disappointed with the product it was soo small did not justify the price or the colour of the birthstone which looked more clear than blue. The website pictures are quite deceiving. The chain was also very very thin.
It was presented in a beautiful gift box and i feel thats what we paid the high price for.
Quit disappointed.........

We are sorry to hear you are disappointed with your purchase. You purchased a Sterling Silver March Birthstone CZ Halo Necklace & Earrings Set 7x7mm on a 16-18" sterling silver chain for a price £28 less a further 10% discount. Therefore £25.20 in total.
I feel this is quite a reasonble price for a pair of sterling silver CZ earrings and Pendant to match including gift box and bag. The item does clearing state the size of the earrings and pendant as 7mm in diamator.
We sell a lot of these sets online and instore and the majority customers feel these sets to be good value. Silver has increased a lot recently as well as gold.
If you are unhappy with your purchase please feel free to return to us within the 28 days for a full refund.

Disgusting treatment . Ordeed a necklace , came not in the envelope with just a gift bag and they refusing to refund . Checked their cctv and stock in half an hour which I find unbelievable. Won’t answer phone either .

Hi Mr Hood we apologise that this watch did not arrive working. All watches are checked by despatch to make sure they are in working order. This battery could have possibly stopped working in transit.
