placed an order for 3 WHITE wrap around bras and received 3 ORANGE front popper bras

Be warned! I responded to an advertisement on Facebook. There are many identical ones under different 'Shop' names. I dealt with 'Daisy Shop'.
When I first voiced my concerns I was told to contact 'fairybra'
That company had taken my money and sent me the wrong bras. When I complain they offered me a refund of 15% of what I paid for the goods.
If you are not happy with that they ask you to return the items at your own expense for a full refund.
Make sure you have copies somewhere as proof of your interaction!

Placed an order for 3 wrap around bras in white. Received 3 popper front bras in orange. After contacting vendor I was informed that I could post back at my own cost to China or accept a £10 discount on a further order. Total scammers.

Totally different bras sent and as others are saying 20% refund offered or send back to China at my own cost total scam do not buy from them

Item received totally wrong colour, wrong size packet says 5xl actual bra 6xl, to top it all the wrong bra all together.TOTAL SCAM!! Read reviews when trying to contact and found that this is a regular occurrence and you have to pay for shipping and 10% back so basically cheaper just to right them off. Do Not Buy from this company total rip off!!!!

Ordered adjustable strap bra’s with zip front fastening but got cheap standard ones with no adjustment available on the straps. Complete con.

Sent for advertised bras, velcro fastening and adjustable straps. Wrong size was sent, different material, poppers to fasten. Contacted them for refund. Their response - Return them to China at my cost and offered 10% refund. Never again!

Do not order from this company. I ordered 3 bras which had adjustable straps and a adjustable strap underneath the bust. It cost me £25 pounds but when they arrived they were not what I ordered. They were cheaply made rubbish that did not adjust and although they said 3xl I would say they were a small. Contacted customer services who offered a 10% discount and said I could keep the bra but they are rubbish they said if I didn't want them I could return them but I feel if I do then I will not receive the refund. Iam going today to check how much it is to send them back but I feel it will be very expensive and probably not worth it . Beware do not order from here it is just a con to get your money.

Ordered one sort of bra , the wrap around one and got front poppers. Totally unsuitable. I would actually say rubbish. Don’t spend your money. I tried to get them to reply to me but the email address doesn’t work. Just rubbish. I want a full refund for my expenses and the customer service is no existent. Order BRA28151.

Avoid at all costs. Bras sent completely different to ones ordered, have sent emails requesting refund but have to return at my cost and then only get 10%. Worst company ever.

Items arrived, not the bras i ordered and 2 were ripped open.
No seams, no fastening as stated, a complete load of tat.

The bra doesn’t fit me due to the bands are too big, I tried to exchange it or send it back for an exchange, but I was told that I couldn’t do that and if I did send it back I would only get a partial refund. I really like the way it feels but I have no support due to the shoulder bands are extremely large, I can fit two large hands between the band and my shoulder. Very disappointing that I really can’t wear it and no support from the customer support staff. I will not be ordering any more

Worth less than 1 star. Bras were suppose to be zip front fastner. Instead they are hook and eye. Very hard to do with bad hands. Also only 3 hooks and eyes and i have tried some with 5 and they will come undone. Very flimsy mattern with no support. Completely useless.

I wish I could give less than one star. I ordered bras that were ment for elderly and disabled, front fastening with velcro. What arrived were 2 nasty , cheap pull on bras with 2 panels of lace at front which crossed over and attached by hooks and eyes. I think their videos are a scam. Do not buy from them you wont be able to return their shoddy goods.

Complete rubbish. The bra was advertised as a G cup. It wouldn’t fit a B cup. Their customer service stinks. Their delivery is atrocious and their products are a complete WASTE OF MONEY. DONT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!! Plus I’ve complained and all they’ve offered is £10 OFF MY NEXT PURCHASE. As useful as a chocolate teapot!!!!!!! Don’t waste your money please

Can't leave a warning to others as they remove your post, I got a refund of £2.83 when my items were 20+.

Rubbish bra, fit was terrible, material flimsy and unsuitable for a bra, contacted them and asked to return, they said they would give me 10% off, said no and asked to return they said 20% off. now no contact so took the refund. DO NOT BUY from here.

1 star is to much no star been send wrong item and size , than they offer you £5 voucher and 10% refund of your price and you have to pay for return SCAM
SHOULDNT BEEN ALLOWED to advertise in UK I make sure I spread it about not to order of this company again special they not tell you it comes from CHINA .

Completely different product than what was ordered. Appalling quality., didn’t fit wasn’t as specified.. customer service offer 20% or return it to China. Wasn’t worth the costs.
Do not use this shop.

I purchased one bra that I found to be very comfortable and it even came with a bra extender(which made it fit perfectly!). So I purchased a second bra and I have to say it’s amazing that I got such a good quality bra , and then another one too. They are both excellent quality and a great price. And the fact that they send a bra extender free with their bras is just fantastic. I’m very lucky to have stumbled onto them
