Paid $300 for an order of clothing and everything was complete junk. Not to mention the terrible workmanship of several items. I have reached out several times and no one has answered. In the process of doing a chargeback now.

There are no wheelchair accessible change rooms. How very discriminatory.

The online experience for fairweather is the worst i have ever had

I purchased 2 items .. one was ill fitting, the other was damaged

On their website it states that for a damaged item they will send a label for return

I made repeated attempts to receive said label .. no responses .. so I just paid to ship it back

It was received by them on July 20th ... it is now august 22nd and I have not gotten an email or receive my refund "for defective merchandise that i no longer eve have and paid to ship back" ... so in essence it actually cost me to shop there

There is no phone number to call and actually speak to a human being

I am so disappointed and frustrated with the entire experience with fairweather ... i will NEVER spend another dime with them and will deter anyone i know from doing the same ...

I ordered clothes online from Fairweather during their summer sale and I am so disappointed. Terrible quality, material is so thin and see through. Giant Tiger has better quality clothes! I don’t know what happened to Fairweather, it’s been a while since I bought anything from them but they used to have better quality clothing for sure. And to add insult to injury it cost me $30 in shipping costs to return items. Lesson learned and never again will I purchase from Fairweather. If they stay in business I would be surprised.

Was placing an order had to add in my new address because ShopPay had my old address but once I did it didn’t save and went directly placing the order with my old address. Have been emailing them with no answer. Guess will have to have my credit card company do a charge back. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE ONLINE!!!

I bought from fairweather for the first time in years. First I had bought on-line and could not get a refund only an exchange. I buy everything on line so this was irritating. Anyway I went and exchanged my items. I took them home and cheap and the first time I wore my shirt it got scrapped?? what the heck and now cannot wear it again. Never saw such a thing. have no idea what happened. I took out another top and it was ripped already. I learned my lesson. I will never buy at fairweather again. my clothing usually lasts forever. You get what you pay for.

I ordered two pairs of capris size 30 and I received them and they are marked XS. In what world is a size 30 an extra small? They would only fit a child. So incredibly disappointed.

The quality of Fairweather items is atrocious. Nothing is the right size, the material is thin and return policy is ridiculous. I have gone in to a Fairweather store and the quality/sizing is no different. I try to support Canadian businesses but when they continually sell poor quality items, I have to stop and spend my hard earned money elsewhere. Fool me once, shame on me, fool me twice, shame on you. There will not be a third time!

I placed an order on 15th Jan,2023. The payment was successful and money got deducted from my account. Later I received an email from them saying the order is cancelled as the size is unavailable now. They took the money but never sent me an e-receipt or delivery details. They responded once saying receipt was coming. I sent them e-mail multiple times but no response also they don’t have customer support number. Since then they refuse to respond, have not received order or any info on if/when it will be delivered. The worst ever company and customer support I have seen till date. Never gonna recommend anyone.

I returned a defective jacket through Canada Post Beginning of December and the jacket was received at their return depot. I have emailed and was told that it can take 4 weeks for the money to appear on my credit card. My money has not been received and emails are not being answered.

I was very disappointed with the service. I have tried to contact them with about 6 emails and no one has ever answered me. I'll never shop with them again. I never received my order that was to be delivered on Nov 15th.

Received an item labelled a woman’s day dress. I sized up and received an item that wouldn’t fit a ten year old. They expect us to pay shipping both ways, which given the cost of some items, is more than half the original cost.

There are no phone numbers so I ‘filled out the form and sent pictures. And have sent three daily reminders. Compared to their competitors, I don’t suggest anyone order from them on-line unless they live hear a physical location where you can return items.

Really bad clothing.

The minute you try it on, it falls apart. If not, if falls apart in the washer machine. Don't waste your money.

Extremely dissapointed. Quality is very poor. Tops have mis-stitching and unwearable. Nothing was worth trying on. Hoodie and jogging pants were made of unknown type of fabric. They don't have free returns. I have to find a store to return these items.

I ordered 2 blouses.Ordering was simple and quick.
The blouses are badly made.stiching uneven in places. Unfinished edges.
Then I try one blouse on. 3 buttons come off right away.

Fairweather is an average clothing company. Their quality is hit and miss. Half the stuff I've gotten from them over the years turn out ripped or damaged, the other half turns out just fine. You can never be sure. They repeat the EXACT same items year after year after year for decades. They barely get any new inventory. How strange is that? Not only that, but their clothing has declined in style. They are getting a few new garbage items, like ugly sweaters. They never have appropriate sales. For the average quality of products they sell, they should have cheaper prices. I used to be fond of Fairweather because I have some beautiful sweaters from them, but that was a decade ago before fashion declined as a whole.
