Fairshake came through as advertised
The entire process was simple and straight forward. The staff was helpful, responsive and courteous. I would not hesitate to use them again should the need arise.
AT&T hired legal professionals masquerading as an Arbitration Company
Well to begin with let me say I am a retired Corporate Attorney but my brothers and partner still have the firm running after 67 years started by our father. In a real and true Third Party Impartial Arbitration Setting, no evidence can be ruled upon to be used or not in any case until an Arbitrator is assigned your case and begins their assessment of what both parties have sent in to them for their individual case. Let me also say fighting industry giants like AT&T, Sprint, Verizon, or many of the pre paid Cell Phone Businesses today, can and will be a long and exhausting ordeal where in Arbitration or by Civil Litigation. So expect such before you begin any case. These companies pay a litany of attorneys on their behalf, to actually string this out as long as possible, knowing full well the Claimant will not be able to withstand the sheer financial burden of a case. Especially cases that will implicate them in criminal charges as well, as I have in my case. So being a litigator myself, I knew this going into my case with AT&T. I presented multiple items for evidence in my case, even emails directly dealing with their legal team. Then even before an Arbitrator could see any evidence someone at FairShake decided some of this evidence that speaks directly to my case that I provided was unacceptable. Which they cannot do as an impartial Arbitration Company before the case is even looked at by the Arbitrator. The Arbitrator or Judge depending upon what system you use Arbitration or a Civil Case, is looked over by the one presiding over the case, an Arbitrator or Judge. This was not done in my case, and part of my evidence I was told would not be available for the Arbitrator to rule on. This is highly illegal to do where in a Court Room or Arbitration Hearing. I will not go into specifics of this evidence but is game changing for my case and makes me question what else will they take out before an Arbitrator sees it to rule on it. I am unique in using this platform as my background is in this area of law. I will be filing with a law firm I used to do work with against some big named Giants of the Business World, against AT&T and their taught illegal erroneous billing practices done in the offices in the Philippines, called the Unified Billing Department. So if any of you out there reading this wants to join in with me please contact here with an email address. This will be one of the Largest Class Action Civil Suits ever filed and I can assure you the settlement will be as well.

I believe FairShake is a scam and a fraud.
It supposed to help me to resolve a Metro PCS data manipulation issue, it turned out that it asked me to do my own work through ARA then asked me for $20.
It dragged on forever then put the issue right back to my own hands.
It is a scam.
Not Bashing Fair Shake..Just The Truth
I am not going to bash Fair Shake.. I am going to stick to the facts. A Verizon Rep talked me into signing up for their credit card (autopay) about two years ago with Synchrony Bank.. he told me I would save $10 per line. I had 4.The trouble started about a year and a half ago. Verizon would show a lower bill on their website and Synchrony Bank would bill me a higher amount.. if I only paid the Verizon amount, Synchrony Bank would tack on the additional amount to the next months bill .. I called Verizon and they told me to deal with Synchrony Bank (they were awful).. Synchrony Bank told me to I had to deal with Verizon.. This went on for a long time. I finally found Fair Shake and they were pretty helpful in the beginning.. long story short they got me a mediocre settlement and advised me to take it..I did not want to but I was led to believe from Fair Shake I would not get a better one. there was no assurance this would not happen again. Fair Shake makes you sign a waiver that you accepted the settlement. I did not realize they would no longer help you if you sign their waiver. Things were OK for about two months. It started again. Verizon website told me my bill was only $162 and Synchrony bill said it was $260.. I only sent them the $162.. they just tacked on the remainder to my next months bill ( an example of what they do) . if you do not pay, they will ruin your credit as they have apparently done to other customers.. I checked complaints against them. I got in touch with Fair Shake and wanted to open a new complaint, about unfair business practices with Verizon and Synchrony.. although Synchrony Bank is supposed to be connected to Verizon they are not and do NOT communicate. On the bill it even states Verizon/Synchrony Bank.. that is who you are supposed to make your check out to. Fair Shake stated I signed the waiver and cannot or will not help me. I am totally disappointed with Fair Shake.. Once they get their money, they drop you and will no represent you. There is no follow through.. they do not help you once you sign their waiver ..they are done with you. I do feel my new request is NOT a carry over from the first case..IMO this is a new case .. The unfair business practices have not been rectified. I want to resolve my issues because this has been completely unfair business practices, tremendous stress, absolutely no communication between Synchrony Bank and Verizon and a form of financial extortion. I want my relationship with Synchrony Bank credit card to be terminated and dissolved and go back to paying Verizon by check. Synchrony Bank is a horrible company to deal with, treat their customers badly and have unfair business practices

They have always been available to answer all of my questions or concerns and they get those companies to listen and give you an above average fighting chance to actually win your case without having to spend a lot of time or money trying to navigate thru all of the legal issues on your own … I commend them and greatly appreciate your services thanks for giving us little guys a voice !!!!!!

Fairshake Liars and Thieves
This may have been a legitimate company at one time now they are just stealing people's money plain and simple.
I actually filed a claim through their own system against them. Below is the email I sent to my Bank to show that they would keep me in a loop and demonstrate that they are not providing any service other than taking fees for services that do not exist. total scam they are thieves and criminals.

T-MOBILE is not the company that I am filing a claim against, Fairshake is. BTW T-Mobile knows nothing about a settlement that you said I would receive. Fairshake ripped me off. I am calling my bank and I am going to have the fees I paid you refunded because it is obvious that you are a scam. My complaint on my last claim is against your company naming "Fairshake" as the company I am complaining about. After filing the second claim you offer to have my phone provider give me another 200 dollars which obviously shows the scam because Fairshake is not mentioned or even acknowledged. T-Mobile was the company who you said would settle the first claim for $393.00 months ago and they know nothing about this
I am going to show them the loop of emails that will never be returned because you yourselves say it is an unattended email. Yet in another email it is the email that is listed as the only method of contact other than a bogus phone number and chat which no one ever is available. I am only writing this so my bank with have record so that the credit card companies will not allow you to get any payments from them at least for this website.
Believe me I know that no one will read this email and I feel foolish doing it but the more I present to the bank the more it will show you are thieves, and I will at least get my money back.
What a bunch scum bags you are. You know a little about computers but you're to lazy to get a job or be successful at the service you claim to provide which is a very good concept but is obviously not a possibility in the real world.

TD Bank I expect to get no response from this company on the subject other than an auto reply email referencing my original claim. This message will show proof of this, and I hope the bank to provides this information to law enforcement

Great service that FairShake provides but they make you pay their commission BEFORE you receive your settlement. FairShake should take their commission out of the settlement and not make us pay in advance.
Also - FairShake could make accessing, filling out and uploading the W-9 form easier. I could not access or fill it out on my phone and had to complete using a computer. It was also a cumbersome process that could have been easier to complete with a little effort by the webpage guys at FairShake.

I’ve used fairshake twice against Shady Suddenlink & been successful both times. They are extremely helpful & I wouldn’t have fairly got my issue resolved without them. Highly recommend!

Doesn't look too trustworthy. And they only deal with a few select businesses. If the business you have a problem with isn't listed then you're out of help. Which is the case for me.

Sprint/T Mobile merger caused one big headache. They charged me $$$ per line to switch to another carrier. I contacted FairShake and explained the situation. Results are a refund and cancellation of the last bill. Great job.

So far to date I'm confused and scared. I contacted fairshake for help . Attorney general and fcc. Fairshake told them they were my attorney or cricket wireless did. Any who. Many low-ball offers and no real communication. Back and forth like a robot 🤖. I really want to cancel but I don't know the fallout from that. So I'm stuck . Can't go forward backwards. I'm in limbo waiting for fairshake to do it's job . Can't get any answers just more no answer emails. Situation going on since April or may 2022 😢😭😭😭😭😭addendum..
Response from fair shake asking for me to identify myself. Additional mediation sent a email demanding $200 to go further. Fair shake told me in past all fees waived. What is actually going on ,? Email 📨 gate. Robotics email exchange 💱 nothing more. No traction no information no direction no service. Just emails and ai 😢😭

Thank you Fairshake. I honestly didn’t think it would work, but I gave them a fair chance. I filed a flame in May 2022 and my claim was successfully resolved in September 2022. I filed a claim with Uhaul and got a settlement offer of a whopping $1000! Fairshake does require a percentage of the settlement offer, However it is extremely reasonable. I’m grateful to have this resolved. To those that have had mediocre results, please understand that you need documentation and reasonable cause to file a claim. Fairshake Will do what they can with the information you give them. Thank you again Fairshake!

I find it as a very great help in reference to having a company like FairShake that can step in for the public and help put some of these large companies into their place legally by law. I will most definitely recommend FairShake to anyone who knows that a company is not being honest and professional.

Before we had this company available to us . These company got away with any thing they wanted . Now it’s stops.
I had numerous issues with my phone…
I had numerous issues with my phone service with Verizon. They also kept putting add on charges that I didn't subscribe to, Disney plus and Digital Secure. Almost daily I'd lose service, no phone or data, for extended periods of time. Called Verizon customer service at least 2 times monthly trying to resolve issues. Customer service representative would just want to get me off the phone and give me unreasonable excuses. The two that were the most unreasonable were because I had bought an unlocked phone not from the company. Then a man told me I just didn't know how to use my phone. Verizon settled with me by removing what I owed snd issuing a check for $82. I felt like it wasn't quit enough for what they put me thru but in the long run they at least did something. I'm glad I filed complaint with Fair Shake
90 days later claim has not been settled but it's not really fair shakes fault
I have to update my review to be honest I gave Fair shake five stars now because the issue isn't them the issue is T-Mobile taking time to process my claim the problem I'm having with Fair shake is communicating is pretty hard to do with them at the moment understand they're a small team but when I go to my dashboard I don't see what they're wanting me to do anyway I'm still in the process of getting my claim done properly but they are there to help. Fair shake please help get my claim settled completely and get me a whole settlement offer we agreed upon

Where have you been all of my life? This is a very short process. The previous process that you’re taken through Is simply awful. When you become a senior, you don’t want to be arguing with these people day and night. The intimidation and harassment is fierce. This has been the easiest process I’ve ever gone through. Thank you, FairShake! Continue to be an awesome company. You are about taking care of business and getting it done!
