Wonderful products! Wonderful service!!

I got myself gorgeous cornflower blue windsor from a well known auction site. When I received it ,it didn't have a dust bag or a box. I contacted F&F to see whether they sold dust covers. They do. I then asked If they sold the boxes as well. They do. So they sent me an Invoice, I paid it. A couple of days I received my box and bag. They were reasonably priced. Service was brilliant. Thank you Olivia.

Fairfax and favour launched their Re favoured option recently and as I could no longer purchase the Frances jacket in navy I was keen to see if one popped up…, it did so I duly ordered the jacket at a price of £321.00, discounted yes but by no means cheap.
I fully expected the jacket to have signs of wear but was utterly flabbergasted at the broken, sharp zip, a zip I would add that was quarter of a way down the jacket and impossible to even try out. I was particularly surprised by this as Re-favoured state items undergo quality control checks before being sold. How could a fault of this nature have been missed?
What was more disappointing was the experience of reporting this to their customer service team. I’ve actually been in touch with them before with just a query and tbh they leave an awful lot to be desired. I was given what I can only describe as an exceptionally insincere apology, told, just return, the emphasis on reminding me the re favoured items were second hand after all. Extremely dismissive, they truly let themselves down. Such a shame the brand is great.i would have definitely had the jacket. Alas I couldn’t even try on and I believe the colour is no longer available.
All in all a very UN FAVORABLE experience all round
Buyer beware

I have two pairs of Regina boots, the suede cow girl boots, espadrilles and various clothing but I recently purchased the new Valencia heels and they will not refund me. They have changed the design so the rub, the ankle strap is shorter, the buckle is poor quality and shorter and the size changed! Customer service were so unhelpful. I have also lived Fairfax but the quality is changing clearly to make them cheaper and it’s showing

Was looking forward to receiving the Tetbury Bag in Heather Suede unfortunately and extremely disappointingly the bag was marked in several places and the handle packaging well lets just say it wasn't the pristine crisp fresh look you would expect from a brand of this expense or the way you would expect a package from a high end brand like this to be received.
So decided to return it for a replacement in the hope I would receive an immaculately presented new unmarked bag expertly packaged...I received the same bag back! You expect when your paying this kind of money for a purchase that new products will be received in immaculate condition. I have returned again for a full refund.
So be warned...be prepared to receive your little piece of heaven damaged with a view to having to send it back.

We recently attended the Royal Highland show where my wife was looking forward to the possibility of extending her F&F collection. She was also looking for some tassels for her explorer boots.

When we arrived at the impressive stand we initially took a look around whilst trying to get the attention of a member of staff. We really struggled to do this as the staff seemed to gravitate toward’s other attendees, this made myself feel under valued, especially as we have purchased items in the past online and in there Helmsley store.

My wife was initially interested in a pair of trainers and a new handbag but when we were ignored she decided not to extend her collection. She did still require the tassels tho as one has been lost from her existing boots. Eventually a lovely member of staff from another section acknowledged us briefly but she said they no longer sell the oak leather tassels so we left without any. Even tho they were there to purchase for £25 ! The staff seemed to gravitate towards the attendees that were either wearing F&F already or were younger than ourselves.

On this occasion neither myself or my wife had any noticeable F&F on us although my wife was wearing her belt but not seen and our umbrella was in the car as there was no rain forecast for Saturday. Maybe if my wife was wearing a pair of her boots that day we may have been treat a little bit like we are use to when visiting Helmsley.

We spent a total of 30 minutes there with very little interaction from the staff. My wife decided to get her trainers from Holland and cooper where we had a pleasant experience. (first time buyer from Holland and cooper) this could have been a easy sale if we were treated like the valued customers we have been over the past couple of years.

Great quality products and service, true to size, I purchased the medium/42 jacket

Just used the new way of returning and it was simple, I’d ordered the wrong size.

I purchased £155 trainers worn weekly for less than 10 months which
developed a tear in the heel lining. Fairfax & Favor classified it as wear and tear and offered £30 store credit. The customer service team were always well mannered but I felt and still do that they missed the point. I was a convert to Fairfax & Favour, loved the brand and wanted to purchase more but this experience has changed that for me. While I appreciate their gesture, I expected better durability from a premium-priced product and won’t be buying from them again

I just wanted to write and express my sincere gratitude for a wonderful shopping experience on Saturday 13th June at your Bawtry store.
I booked a private shopping experience hosted upstairs and was greeted by the incredible Jules!
We were met on arrival with lovely smiles and made to feel welcome straight away.
We were encouraged to try on anything and browse the store which is beautiful! My two friends and I wanted the wallpaper immediately.
Upon getting settled upstairs the bubbly was opened and we were off.
I had my heart set on the high heel Regina’s in black leather, and they certainly did not disappoint.
The whole experience was managed by Jules and she was amazing! Patient, attentive, and genuinely interested in our chit chat.
I can’t thank her and the Bawtry team enough for making a little early 50th birthday celebration that little bit more extra special.
I left with the gorgeous boots, 2 pairs of tassels and the Mae tan and cream top – my friend a belt for hubby and the Madeline Gillet. My other friend left with a long wish list!
Jules is a credit to your team, and I just wanted to say thankyou and a special thankyou to her.
I will be back as I saw so many beautiful items – maybe a handbag to match the boots if I’m lucky.

I emailed to ask how to clean my daughter's bag which someone had spilled a drink on. The team were so quick to respond with helpful advice, we got the bag cleaned and are very grateful for the swift response.

Absolutely fantastic service and the quality of the products is second to none.

I recently lost the back of one of the tassels from my Fairfax & Favor boots and couldn’t find a replacement on the website. I sent an enquiry via their Facebook page and within just a few hours received a response from Paige.

Paige went above and beyond, sourcing exactly what I needed and arranging for it to be packaged and sent out to me. The customer service was friendly, efficient and genuinely helpful throughout.

This is exactly why I continue to buy from Fairfax & Favor. Not only are their products beautiful and high quality, but their customer service is second to none. Amazing service as always – thank you, Paige and the Fairfax & Favor team!

The Southwold Sliders have absolutely ruined my feet, as where the leather straps cross the stitching rubs across the top of your foot causing them to bleed, these shoes are unwearable unless you have a pack of plasters to hand!

I purchased a pair of Southwold Tan Leather Sandals for my wife but where the stitching runs on the cross over straps they cause severe blisters
We have always liked and enjoyed Fairfax and Favor products but these shoes are virtually unwearable

As always a great experience with F&F - this time i was exchanging a gift I’d bought my wife that was the wrong size - easy returns process, great communication throughout. Seamless.
