Absolutely love the quality of products from F&F. I have two pairs of Regina knee boots (wish they did them in petite sizing as they come right up to my knees and as yet only do petite in suede tan). I also have the brogues Chelsea which are now 2-3 years old. They still look perfect when I put them on, they have held their shape brilliantly. I wish they would make them in black as I am desperate for a black pair of Chelsea boots and no other brand comes near in style or fit. I have the heeled Chelsea too which are super comfortable. The only pair of shoes that I have been disappointed in were the suede moccasins which very quickly lost their shape and the inner sole came out. Overall, I would recommend F&F and plead with them to bring a black pair of Chelsea boots!

Excellent service and very good quality product. I bought the Anna jumper. I had to exchange it because it was too big but this was no problem. Fairfax and Favour have an excellent return/exchange service and I soon had a lovely exchange jumper that fits perfectly. Would highly recommend Fairfax and Favor.

First class service! Luxury packaging, always a joy to open these lovely navy boxes. Unfortunately the boots were too small and I will have to visit the shop in Stamford. My last pair of driving moccasins lasted forever and were so comfy!

My experience with Fairfax and Favour was exemplary- the customer service was absolutely first rate. I had ordered a pair of size 5 boots that were a little too tight - I had been fretting for months as I wasn’t sure what to do and they were unworn boxed in a cupboard. I got in touch with F&F and Ella on the customer team helped organise an exchange for a larger size. They arrived swiftly and are perfect! Beautiful craftsmanship, made to last and already so many compliments. It is exceptionally rare to find companies these days that take pride in delivering such excellent customer service as well as producing a product that will stand the test of time and is made in England. Thank you F&F and Ella, for being so kind.

I have been purchasing boots , shoes, belts, hats and tassels for a number of years now and highly recommend their merchandise . The price is in the quality and how long lasting the items are . I purchased my second pair of amiras in tan as already have the brown . Unfortunately there was a fault and the boot elastic came apart . The customer service was excellent they picked up my boots from home repaired in 2 weeks with the boot makers and sent back too my home all with no cost too me . 100% recommend Fairfax and favour .

I have purchased a pair of sandals to wear at a wedding, unfortunately the suede on the underside of the bar going across my toes is slightly rough. I was only able to wear them for an hour, as it rubbed my toe raw, I then had to borrow another guests flip flops for the rest of the day.
I have contacted customer services who so far have advised me to try selling them!! I emailed again with a photo of the wound then was advised to leave it for a couple of days and try again to break them in!!!
This is the first time I have bought from the company and the last, I would have thought buying from a premium brand there would be premium customer services, thank goodness I bought them in their sale, a total waste of money! 😔 totally dismayed

Customer service at its best. I have quite a few F&F products including boots, handbags, sandals and trainers. The quality is excellent and will last me for years.

What sets this company apart and encourages me to be a repeat customer is the high standard of their customer service. This is a rarity these days with many companies who immediately forget the customer once the transaction has taken place.

I have recently been assisted by Sian and Paige - Sian personally managed a quick exchange item for me in time for a weekend break and Paige sought a replacement tassel stud which I had lost from my favourite Regina boots.

Sian and Paige are a credit to the company and I am immensely grateful for their help.

I have purchased boots , loafers and handbags from Fairfax and Favor.
The service has been excellent and I promptly received my purchases. The quality is excellent and well priced in my opinion.
I also received notification and a video thanking me for my purchase.
From my experience , I personally would recommend Fairfax and Favor 100%.

I spent over £400 on a pair of Upton boots which arrived clearly having been worn before. The leather had visible scratches and the soles already had marks on them. For a “luxury” brand that prides itself on quality, this is completely unacceptable.

I immediately contacted customer service with photographs to show the condition of the boots, only to receive what was essentially a copy-and-paste response about their “thorough quality control.” This was frustrating enough, but even worse, it completely ignored the fact I had explained in my original email that I needed the boots for a trip to London the following day. Their suggestion was simply that I use their free returns service – which was impossible, since I had to take the boots with me.

After following up to explain this again, their only response was that because I had now worn the boots, they were unwilling to help further. In other words, they sent me a pair of boots that looked second-hand, I had no choice but to wear them, and once I did, they washed their hands of the situation entirely. That is not customer care, nor is it acceptable for a brand charging these kinds of prices.

I am left with boots that look used straight out of the box and no resolution, despite spending over £400. Fairfax & Favor market themselves as a premium brand, but my experience was anything but premium – both in terms of product quality and customer service. If you value what you’re spending, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

Prompt and efficient service by all the team. Rectified an issue with delivery immediately. Very happy with the customer service provided. Amazing company. Will be back!!

I bought some trainers at Badminton, these scuffed after a couple of months so I contacted F&F and they quickly arranged a free return and confirmed the trainers were not up to their high standards. They sent me a new pair. The whole process took less than a week. Very impressed.

I ordered a bag within 2 minutes of the Lydia Millen drop going live. My order was accepted & I received a confirmation email & email from Fairfax & Favour MD thanking me for my custom. The following day I was phoned at 16.40 to be told I wouldn’t be receiving my bag & they were sold out! As I had ordered the second they went live I do not believe them. This is appalling customer service; the woman couldn’t have cared less merely stating they could put me on a list for the next drop. I believe they wanted my bag for someone else. I will NEVER give Fairfax & Favour my custom again & inform all my friends how I have been treated. I am in the equestrian world so know plenty of people who will be interested in my experience. I asked to speak to the MD & was told this wouldn’t be possible. What a terrible way to treat a customer. I expected better & you let me down.

Great service from F & F as always …. Very fast delivery, - they even sent my free gift (that I forgot to claim) along separately- I really csnt fault the customer service; which is a rarity nowadays.
