I’ve been with Factor Health MD since January and have lost about 30 lbs so far. It’s honestly been such a good experience. I was a little unsure at first doing something like this online, but the process has been easy and straightforward from the start.
Every time I’ve had a question, the team has answered quickly and professionally — and they actually care. It never feels like I’m just another number, and that really matters.
I’ve not only seen steady weight loss, but I also feel better overall — more energy, more confidence, and it’s been a huge boost mentally and physically.
If you’re thinking about trying it, I definitely recommend it. It’s been 100% worth it for me.

Huge waste of money
Huge waste of money (almost $1000). I went with the 6 months deal to start since I had been on the wright loss medication previously and knew it worked. This was assuming I would be given a real product. After 2 months I have Gained 3 pounds. I am injecting the highest dosage possible with the flimsy needle. There are no side effects at all. It must be water in the vial I was given. Extremely disappointed and disgusted that I spent what is a lot of money to me on something that is not working at all.

Just switched over to Factor due to issues getting meds on time from my previous provider. Amazing customer service …
I started with Factor Health a month ago, I heard about them from a former company I was with . Even though my previous company was amazing, they informed me that they were no longer going to be doing weight loss . They recommend Factor Health, and that they were a trusted company, I was still skeptical. Especially with all of these scams out there. Still wanting to continue loosing weight I put my information in to get more details , and someone reached out right away! One thing about this company is that their customer service is amazing! They stayed on the phone and answered all of my questions and were very knowledgeable, made me feel very comfortable ordering from them. I never felt like they just wanted me off the phone . They let me know when to expect the product, and even the pharmacy’s current shipping time. Which I appreciate so I’m not sitting around waiting for it . product was amazing, came with everything I needed. 10/10 ! Definitely recommend

Excellent customer service
I’ve had an excellent experience with Factor Health MD! I was prescribed Follicle Fix and have just started my treatment, so it’s still early to comment on the results. However, what really stands out to me is their customer service—it's top notch. The team is highly communicative, responsive, and genuinely cares about providing the best care possible. I'm now considering additional therapies, including GLP-1 and vitality injections, based on how positive my experience has been so far.
