I ordered two bathing suits and the charge was supposed to be $59 and change. They billed me $69.67. For two weeks they sent me tracking updates that the items were in transition, but it never left Sweden. Tracking updates or saying that it was moved from the location to location to location in Sweden, and that it finally made it to inspection at the border. When they purchased this I was under the impression that it was on this continent. There is no number to contact for customer service. This is an absolute scam.

Tried all day to get my order cancelled, they insist it’s on the way. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!

for an item, and $34 is what is on m credit card. Tried to cancel within an hour by email as that’s all you can use. They are trying to say it’s already been sent. HUGE RIPOFF, STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!

I ordered the bathing suit romper on Jan 7. It took forever to get shipping info. They said it was coming from Italy and last tracked to Ithaca, NY on Feb 3. When I contacted the shipper regarding an update they said it was in Los Angeles and had come from China! Still no word on where my order is. I suspect a scam at this point.
Edit. Just received a notice for an additional $9.00 due in postage if I want my order, even though I already paid for shipping and shipping insurance. Definitely a SCAM.

Tried to return product within 7 day window; was told I was given correct product, return shipping would be expensive. Offered to return me $3; huh????

Terrible company - do not trust their sizing. They will not allow returns. Shipping is ridiculously slow. You’re wasting your money.

Very frustrated ordering with this company. They give the impression they are a small business in Texas, but items ordered come from China! Terrible customer service and communication. I have yet to receive my order from six weeks ago. I have been unable to speak to a person, only system generated replies that do no solve my issue.

I ordered a dog harness, it was too large and I wanted to exchange it for a small size. They wanted some information , which I supplied, then after several emails they said that I couldn't exchange it. so now I have a dog harness that I can't use. Their website say returns and exchanges are available, however, they don't stand behind their words or policy. This is not a company with whom you want to do business.

They will charge you MORE than what you agree to pay and then just keep forwarding you to different people when you try to contact them! Total scam company!
