Fabulous Furniture Company has unfortunately had to go into liquidation and ultimately close the business down. We no longer advertise anywhere, if we are still showing on Klarna that is due to Klarna ot removing us from their site as our account is no longer active.

FRAUDULENT - DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING
Purchased a desk in July 2020 - amazing, still using it now.
Purchased a desk in March 2022 - take my money & heard nothing.
If this company had gone into liquidation they would have stopped their website from accepting orders and processing transactions. They would have disolved their company on companies house and gone on the insolvency register - which they are still showing as active.
I spoke to someone today who claimed I had the wrong number but really it was probably the director of the company. The number has now been unregistered. I will pursue this and I will get my money back, but do the decent thing and stop conning people out their money.
I am sorry that they are unable to continue their business due to rising costs of materials/fuel/labour but don't steal from other people. This is not fair - and it is also THEFT!

We are absolutely devastated that the business we worked tirelessly on for 5 years has been forced to close due to the current economic climate. We were gutted on the day when I had to get my staff together and let them all go with immediate effect. We were and are terrified as we currently have no income with 4 kids, one of which is a 5 month old baby. Prior to Covid and the inflation issues we had built a thriving family business. It is clear to see from the reviews prior to us going bust that all our reviews where good ones. You even said yourself that you bought a desk previously and are very happy with it. We always fulfilled orders and our products were great. We simply ended up in a position where we could not keep the business running any longer. I had to pay my staffs last wages from my own savings, which emptied my savings despite no longer having an income to back it up. So you see we are clearly not scammers or thieves. We are an honest hardworking couple with a family that have been put in an absolutely horrible situation despite trying our best to stay afloat. We are also not taking peoples money. This is not possible due to the liquidators freezing all accounts as per the liquidation process.
To be clear, a legit, fully registered company that has been trading successfully and honestly for the last 5 years going into Liquidation due to COVID and inflation crippling its funds is absolutely not the same as theft.
For the record. All our customers will receive their funds back from either Etsy, PayPal or their credit card company depending on how they paid. Also, when the liquidation company came in the accounts are frozen and we have therefore not taken a penny from this. So you see, we haven't stolen from anyone, we tried our best to stay afloat but ultimately had no option but to close.
We are truly sorry to anyone that was let down by the closure of the business. It was quiet frankly the last thing any of us wanted.

If something has happened meaning they can no longer operate that is awful, but then level up and answer/refund sums paid.

AVOID. Have taken my money and disappeared.
Found this company on Etsy. After a conversation with one of the owners I placed an order for two pieces of furniture. He was communicative until he got the money and now complete silence. Having seen the other reviews on this site that have appeared over recent weeks I tried to contact them multiple occaisions to confirm my order was OK with no response. Telephone numbers now do not work and social media pages don't exist. No response from the owners personal Facebook pages either. I have now taken steps to recover my money through Mastercard. Avoid this company. Company also claims to be a member of Made in Britain but this also appears to be untrue as Made in Britain advise they are not members and are using the mark without permission or paid membership.

What utter nonsense. You've managed to set up another business though haven't you? How's your body building business going? (stangerstrength.com) A "strongman" bundle at £784, glad our orders went on setting this up for you.
Getting our money back is also a lie. I paid on debit card and the bank can't retrieve the funds from you. So do please let me know how I'm getting my money back? You should never have accepted those orders. You would have known the state of your affairs at the time. You took my order in Dec' 21 and you were taking orders after that! Yes, there's an economic crisis and do you think the average joe can afford to lose nearly £600?
We've reported you to Action Fraud and others that have been duped by you should do so too.
This co. Is called The Fabulous Furniture Co. and not NA Furniture which they’ve weirdly changed their name to on here in the last couple of days. Scammers.
Placed an order for a table towards the end of December ‘21. Order accepted and informed they’d be in touch regarding delivery. Advised around 5-6 week turnaround. Have been trying to get an update on the progress of the table since 18 February. Numerous emails sent. Enquiry via their webform. Their telephone number doesn’t work. Zero comms. No option now than to go through my credit card company and get the money back.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - SCAM!
This company is called Fabulous Furniture Company, they have deleted all of their social media accounts, failed to fulfil orders and ignored customers with enquiries. Changing their name to NA Furniture just confirms that this is a scam.
Table and bench set ordered 8 weeks ago. Expected lead time on website was 5 weeks - there has been no communication from the company about the delay.
There has been no response to any of my emails or DM asking for an update on the order.
The phone numbers provided in the confirmation email and on the website do not work…starting to think this is a scam.
No idea why there are so many positive reviews about their communication as it certainly has not been my experience.
Have contacted credit card company to recuperate money.

I am sorry to hear that you feel this way about your bedside tables. This comes as quite a surprise as we have not had any direct feedback or complaint from you since the item was delivered. If you had contacted us directly we would be happy to help you. We use a rustic timber and it is a high quality Canadian Pine so I am surprised to hear you think it looks cheap and new. These are a very popular product of ours and to date we have not had any customer say they are poor quality or don't look like the photo so If you could send us some photos of what you feel is different from the picture on our website I would be happy to take a look and address this. Table and bench set
Purchased a table and bench set from Fabulous Furniture. This was a customised size and communication with Tom and Michaela was prompt and very helpful whilst negotiating this. Furniture is of outstanding quality as well as being unusual and providing a real centrepiece to our dining area. We had some issues attaching the legs to the table on arrival, Tom and Michaela could not have been more helpful in resolving this for us. Very impressed with this company and would definitely recommend to others

Went to this place. on arrival I thought this place looks expensive I was amazed when I took a look around there was a very good range of three piece suites at very affordable prices with five yrs interest free credit that was a big plus. sales staff there leave you to browse with complete freedom

This is our first time at Fabb…
This is our first time at Fabb furniture we were greeted in such a nice and welcoming way but also being spoken and listened too. Donna served us and she was wonderful, she knew her stuff and helped us choose the colour and everything.
We did not feel rushed at all.
We only went to look at the sofa's but ended up buying too.

Absolutely delighted with our reclaimed wood dining table and chairs! Nothing but praise for this company and especially Michaela whose customer service is 2nd to none! The items are just as described and in the photo (always a risk buying online without seeing in the flesh). The 6 weeks from order to delivery flew in and the items arrived well packaged and easy to assemble.
In a nutshell would highly recommend this company and their wonderful work. Great price, great communication and beautiful creations! Thanks so much guys 😊

This is our first time in Fab Furniture…
This is our first time being not only greeted in such a nice and welcoming way but also being spoken and listened to like we was more than just customers. We was introduced to Christine Keith who from the start greeted us with a cheerful aura.
We was only really window shopping but within 5 minutes we found ourselves wanting to purchase products, however Christine didn’t hound us to buy and instead just spoke to us and found out what we was looking for and our preferences and gave her honest opinion and helped us really vision what we could buy.
We found ourselves in an atmosphere that made us feel like we was in our own home due to the fantastic customer service.
Her along with her colleagues really made spending a lot seem so nice which is a rarity as we have been greeted by some horrible staff in the past in other stores.

Perfect from start to finish
I received my bathroom storage unit yesterday within the timescale given. Ordering was very easy to do online, when the unit arrived it was packaged very well.
On opening the unit I was really pleased with the quality of it, it is absolutely perfect. The workmanship is fantastic.
I was a bit dubious about ordering without seeing the unit first but it was exactly how it looked on the photographs, better actually as the wood smells lovely ! I cannot begin to tell you how perfect this unit matches what I had been looking for.
Thank you so much for the brilliant service I received, I would not hesitate to order again from you.
