I recently worked with Fabrik on a purchase. This is my second purchase, and it is easy to compare two things. Engagement and communication were effective, excellent service from all team members in other institutions working with Fabrik Invest. I will strongly recommend them!

We have just exchanged contracts and this is my first cooperation with Fabrik Invest and specifically Henal and Hollie who have been very helpful throughout the process. They were always available to answer my questions, address my concerns, and provide market insights/rationale. They deserve much more than just 5 stars.

Mike and Hollie are absolutely the best property agents you can ask for. They are extremely proactive and help with any queries you got, which makes the property purchase experience so much more comfortable. We hope to have more such collaboration and we are looking forward to building our property portfolio with Fabrik and more importantly with Mike & Hollie

I have recently been working alongside Lynne Whittingham and Hollie Esaw at Fabrik as another sales agent. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with them both as they are very efficient and have been a pleasure to deal with. I hope we can continue to work together for a long time to come.

Although Fabrik knew very well I was a mortgage buyer, I've been sold a flat in Preston (The Exchange) which does NOT suit mortgage buyers. The available lenders were few and far in between. The only couple of products I could find through all the brokers they recommended costed as much as 10k in fees alone. I was then forced to buy cash which I was lucky to have.

Just bought our first property in the UK. Had my thoughts and concerns at first, being abroad and obviously not knowing the market. Was lucky to come across Henal. Through continuous discussions, even late night Zoom meetings, he helped us and guided us in selecting our property, that is actually increasing in value as we speak. He was there through out the process, helping us and answering all questions in a very professional manner. i was actually impressed with his patience.
Then came Hollie, who helped us with the transfer process, making things go smoothly. Was impressed with how pro-active they both were, clearly showing that her both know what they do.

I would highly recommend the team at Fabrik Invest, especially Matt and Hollie. I am new to property investment, but following a recommendation from a friend I was introduced to Matt at Fabrik Invest. Matt is very knowledgeable of property investment. With detailed analysis he has designed a long term goal of investment and achieving my goals for retirement. To date, I have purchased two properties in the North West that have excellent potential yields of capital gains and passive monthly income.
The Fabrik team are excellent too, with Hollie always on hand to explain and support the purchases. Matt has also introduced me mortgage brokers and legal teams and they all are very efficient. Purchasing property in a foreign country can be quite daunting particularly for a first time investor like myself.

Fabrik has been a very straightforward and forthright company to deal with and my agent Max Canwell has been quite amazing. A transaction such as this can feel very remote and impersonal as the majority of it is conducted remotely but Max has been able to make the entire process feel like it’s bespoke.

Max is very professional, knowledgeable, understanding, patient in answering questions, easy to communicate with, allays your concerns and is very responsive. He puts you in touch with all of the right people - all professionals in their own right. You can reach out to him wherever you are in the process and he’s ready and willing to support. His work ethic is exemplary and it’s obvious that his clients are very important to him. I am happy to work with a Consultant that I can trust to provide the best advice for my particular circumstances and particularly pleased that I’ve never felt pressured into making a decision I was not ready for. After very long time of looking around and unsure about whether to invest or not on BTL I came across Fabrik and the great help of Mike Curzon who helped me to understand the process and to find a property suitable for my profile.
