Make sure you get the right tracking number.
I ordered some fabrics 2 weeks ago. Hasn't arrived yet, and when trying to contact them about tracking number, they keep pushing me from one customer service representative to another. One of them gave me an invalid tracking number, so I'm confused if I have been scammed out of my money, or are they just super-lame on customer service.
Update: Finally got the right tracking number, and figured out that the courier had just decided not to leave me any note when tried to deliver. So, not a scam, but customer service is lazy to send exact information.
Update2: As I finally received my order, the quality of fabrics and packing was really good, and as the responsible person of their customer service had returned from her holiday, she has made all the efforts to make things right and nurtured my feelings. So, in the end the biggest problem was DHL and their employee, who thought that they don't have to leave any note after failed attempt to deliver (if they even tried to actually deliver).

The search function doesn’t work at…
The search function doesn’t work at all.. and the worst thing is when I ordered some samples the total amount was 0 so I guess they offered samples free of charge but I was charged EUR20 without any notice until after I pressed “place order” button!! If there’s any charge they should have shown that on the cart instead of not mentioning that before we place order! I checked their sample policy it also doesn’t mention about the EUR20! That’s like cheating!
