Top notch customer service
Gavin went out of his way to share his expert knowledge with us regarding a couple of items he had for sale. Went above and beyond through the full transaction and made sure everything ran smoothly. Would highly recommend. Top quality watches also.

Sent gavin a picture of the watch i was selling , he got back to me promptly with a more than reasonable price.
Within a couple of hours the watch was collected, stress free seamless transaction.
Would highly recommend and will be contacting f2 watches when i am in the market for another watch.

Absolute Pleasure To Deal With
I found F2 Watches via a Facebook group and I’m so happy that I did. Gavin has been fantastic to deal with from start to finish. He clearly cares about both the pieces that he sells and his clients, something that shows with his excellent communication and customer service.
I found the watch on Sunday morning and it was with me by Tuesday morning, 100% as described and at a good price.
If you’re looking for your next watch I’d highly recommend F2 Watches. Thank you to Gavin for making what can be a minefield of a market very easy to negotiate.

Excellent service
Gavin was welcoming and very knowledgeable. I wasn’t sure what I wanted and after a chat with him, I found the perfect watch at a great price. You can see he is passionate about both watches, and great customer service. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Gav has been great from the start. I found a watch on Facebook marketplace and contacted him about it. I told him what I was after and he showed me a few different options. We weren’t able to make it to our face to face appt but he was so understanding and instead set up a video call to go through the watch and any questions we had. Once we decided he shipped it out and we received it the next day!! There was no pushy sales tactics just a genuine guy with amazing customer service. Couldn’t recommend him enough! I will definitely be purchasing again in the future. Thank you again!!

I can’t recommend F2 watches enough,especially Gavin who personally went out of his way to do a home visit due to me recovering from a operation so i could look at the watches,Gavin was very professional and helped me with any queries i had about the watches and making my decision,all the watches where in excellent condition and well presented which made it hard to choose.
