Highly recommend this company for many reasons

The shopping experience was easy; I did everything on my phone. It was easy to make decisions based on the categories on the website (light, medium, and heavy duty). Then when my stuff was delivered and I had a question, I called and immediately spoke to a Real Human Being who had quick and easy answers. Just a fantastic experience. Lastly, I've been able to use my products on a major camping trip with heavy winds and rains, and I was impressed with the quality of the products--medium duty canopy and two walls.

Great service, great product.

I wanted to change the colour of the product I ordered so I contacted EZUP via email. The next day, which was Sunday morning, I got a call and the gentleman and he gladly walk me through my choices, and was happy to change my order.
Great service, and so far, a great product.
EZ-UP is not only the brand name, it’s also how EZ it is to set up.

I only received the cover portion

I only received the cover portion
The frame was not delivered.
It’s says package 1 of 2 on the sticker on the box
The delivery guy should of noticed this
I was planning to use this tent over the holidays and now I have to make other arrangements.
How will you fix this inconvenient situation for me?
Send me my tent frame that I paid for and then send another full cover and tent for free for my inconvenience?

Vantage & Camping Cube

We set up the Vantage Canopy with the Camping Cube only to see the quality product. My wife and I are very impressed can wait the next summer to camp with it. Looks great and the free delivery was very quick.
